A nice boutique hotel
Nicely updated historic property. Great restaurant.
The location is very nice, rooms nicely laid out, and lobby very welcoming
Loved this hotel! We will def be back!
We were unable to check in at 4:45 as our room was not ready yet. They would not let us check in even though we wouldn’t go in the room we were gonna go have dinner. When we finally got the call our room was ready the lady who called was snide and snippy seen well you didn’t leave your car for valet which I explain to her we went and had dinner to wait for a room to be ready. Very unprofessional and snarky. When we finally got back that checked us in was pleasant and polite.
Great remodeled modern rooms, beautiful tile work in bathroom, DELICIOUS food at hotel’s restaurant, and accommodating staff.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are beautiful and very cozy beds. There is a wonderful (way above average) food and pantry and lovely restaurant with a full bar. The only negative is the powdered creamer in the rooms for coffee. Real cream lovers maybe bring your own.
Very convenient location! Hotel is clean, modern, and very classy. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in downtown Spokane.
I loved the whole experience. My husband and I stayed there for five days with our dog after relocating to Spokane. It was very clean and beautiful. The restaurant was outstanding. But by far my favorite part of the whole experience was Hunter, who took excellent care of us. He had a wonderful attitude and never failed to make me smile.

Hello David, Thank you for your review, I appreciate your feedback and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through staffing issues that are affecting the entire service industry at this time. I apologize for the "snide and snippy" attitude of a staff member and will address this for you. Unfortunately, the city doesn't allow us to keep guests parked in loading zones for more than 10 minutes as they will and have issued parking tickets. If I can be of any service to you, please feel free to contact me at the hotel directly. Best Regards, Annette DGeneral Manager
