i requested standard room to have two beds and confirmed, but given a king size bed room separated with a door with next room. 1. i found two particles of cereals (looks like rice krispie) under the bed. That shows a housekeeper missed them when they vacuumed the room. on the second night, there were super noisy group of people stayed the next room. at 2:30 am, they still played music loud and talk super loud. i could not sleep. i went to front desk and they gave me another room to move to.
Fine hotel. Good location for business, not as much evening fun though. Good breakfast. Room was spotless, bed comfy, plenty of outlets for charging, bathroom roomy but plain.
Beautiful hotel, lots of spaces to sit and relax, food choices excellent, in the center of activities
Good location, nice room, nice and helpful staff. My shower at 5:30 pm was very low water pressure and cold--not hot water. Also, I hate being charged for Internet/Wifi in this day and age--makes me feel nickel and dimed to be charged $12.95 to do emails in my room.
Gave us a different room from what ipaid for. Not enough towels, pillows, blankets. No micro, refer didn't work, was'nt cold. Freezer was broken couldn't open it up. Didn't know i had to pay for parking in the garage. Table in room was small, could'nt all eat around it. Very disappointed.
Terrible service. toilet was sounding like it was leaking the entire three days of my services. Poor condition of hotel.
Nice hotel, spacious rooms, comfortable lobby, very friendly staff. Centrally located downtown, between King Street train station and Pike Place Market. Wi-Fi is not free. Check out the interior of the Seattle Public Library nearby one of my favorite buildings.
Hotel is close walk from the ferry. We attended at concert. Easy walking distance to various restaurants and sights in Seattle. We were on the 25th floor fabulous view and quiet, even though next to I-5
good experience!! quick check out!! parking is limited so little bit annoying
Great location to public transportation, restaurants, and tourist sites. Had to wait for room after calling in advance for type of room requested.
Didn't meet expectations, room was very dirty and smelled bad, it also needs to be up dated, especially the bar area, the people were nice but the valet parking person took forevor to bring our car, it was an average hotel, there was not anything about it that had that wow factor that would make me go back again
Very nice hotel - walked almost everywhere - plus close to the public transit. Bar staff was very nice and friendly.
This was a quick weekend getaway and this hotel was the perfect spot. We were able to walk from the light rail to the hotel, and from the hotel to all our tourist destinations! Great atmosphere the only thing I would like different was free wi-fi. We're already paying quite a bit for our room, and with technology being as commonplace as it is in this day, wi-fi should be included, not a somewhat ridiculously priced extra.
Arrived to Seattle for a mini vacation with two friends and spent 2 days at the hotel. Staff were amazingly friendly, we were in a good location, walking distance to everything. Room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was great as well. My only negative was that there was no WiFi in the room unless you paid more. Which in today standards makes no sense to not include WiFi in your room fee. Besides that had a good time in Seattle.
Great weekend trip, the hotel was easy to find from the airport and close to all the attractions. The hotel room was very comfortable and the food was excellent. The only bad thing is how much you pay to park at the hotel, it's like $33 a day. If your going to the hawks game it is within walking distance to the stadium which is great but walking back is all up hill...and I mean all up hill!! I would stay in this hotel again if I ever travel back to Seattle.
Our room was very clean, the bed linens were nice and crisp, the restaurant was a very good value, and the staff was excellent.
The Renaissance provided a wonderful all-around experience for my part business, part vacation stay. My room was a restful retreat, featuring comfort as well as a well-appointed space to do work. Meals at Maxwell's, as well as their room service, were high-quality, and the service staff was polite and attentive. The location is ideal, with quick access to Interstate 5, and easy walking distance to Pike's Market, the financial district, and the light rail. The only downside to the venue is the cost to park a vehicle....$33/day....and this wasn't advertised. All in all I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here so that we could walk around downtown and up to Capitol Hill without needing taxis or a car. It was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed the food at the bar on the lobby level. We were a little worried about noise, since the hotel is right next to I5, but even with our room facing the interstate, the noise didn't bother us at all.
It was a good vacation, me and my family are loving it !
