Lovely older hotel. Immaculate room. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Excellent stay!

The service was amazing and the stay was so relaxed and comfortable. My only complaint t was that the shower drain kept clogging. Other than that the service was impeccable

This is a lovely, older hotel that is the exception rather than the norm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the facilities are very well kept. The staff is very helpful.

I am disabled and was treated very well during ny 7 day stay. Enjoyed good food in their restaurant Andaluca and via room service. Everything was clean and pleasant. I will come back to the Mayflower Park.

We had a great four days, do yourself a favor and get a suite. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the restaurant or bar, will save that for next time. Loved it! Early chieck in and a safe location.

We had a deluxe queen room on the 9th floor facing 4th Avenue. Surprisingly there was minimal noise from the street. The lobby and bar were both decorated for Christmas with lovely trees which created a very festive atmosphere. We had a drink in Oliver's and breakfast in Andaluca on Christmas morning, both of which were very enjoyable. Love the location of the hotel as it's close to shopping, Pike Place Market, and many of our favourite restaurants. We've stayed here many times and the staff is always very welcoming.

The hotel values it's customers so much so that right after I checked in my first night and noticed my bed was a bit dirty (random hair) and somewhat small room and walk in shower. I got upgraded on my 2nd night. Very nice of them. Just an FYI if you get to choose between a walk in shower of tub, go for the tub, it's larger. Overall good stay and very close to monorail, train, and Pikes place.

We are repeat guests at the Mayflower Park because of the impeccable service, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, and the location. The restaurant Andaluca right there in the hotel is small and delicious. We love meeting in the bar for a cocktail in the evenings and can walk to anywhere downtown.

The standout is the staff. Very friendly, accommodating, and an all around class act. The room was clean. The only thing is that the walls are a little thin, so if you have someone very loud next to you, it's difficult to sleep. Definitely still worth staying here though.

We were five people in a suit that was roomy and very comfortable with two bathrooms two queen size beds and a sofa. The hotel staff brought a nice twin bed/cot for the fifth person, which was very comfortable.

Beautiful classic architecture with excellent staff. A must see historic landmark. My second stay in 2 months. Staff extremely helpful in offering assistance to & from airport in timely fashion, and directions to local sites. Love the Mayflower!

Stayed 3 nights. King Suite was a corner room on 4th floor. Convenient to everything. Staff was great. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The location of this Hotel is perfect. The majority of the attractions you can walk to from this hotel. My entire stay I did not need a car. For things I wanted to see slightly further out, I got an Uber. They are very close by and the wait is very short. I took a tour of Mount Rainier and the bus picked me up at the hotel also. The service at this hotel was impeccable. Our room was large and comfortable. From the front desk to the service workers everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better stay.

This hotel is in a good downtown location, has spacious rooms and friendly, accommodating staff - which it should have for the rates they charge. However, the bathroom in our Deluxe room was horribly small. The toilet was jammed in against the wall between the tub and the bathtub. You would hit the TP holder when trying to sit. Also, there was hardly any shelf space above the sink and you would hit your head if you bent over. In addition, the tub was a standard tub with a shower curtain surrounding in to 2 sides. Then there was a grab bar on the 3rd side. While taking a shower you would bump the grab bar and the shower curtain would blow in on you. It's a shame that such a nice room is ruined by a poorly designed bathroom. Also, the bed was very, very firm to the point of being uncomfortable.

I was there for business so I didn't care about a view of the sound. Check-in and out was efficient and the staff was friendly. The rooms could go for an upgrade especially the bathrooms. Overall, the room had everything I needed from a business standpoint--desk, good wi-fi, etc.

Love this hotel, the bedding was excellent, the room large.the staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location. Nice staff. Our room was a 320+ sq. ft. room on a corner of the 8th floor so it was more expensive than most rooms, but worth the extra room and the two walls of wiindows.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive. Otherwise, it's a great location for visitors to the city, convenient for sightseeing. Many of the sites are within walking distance, if not, local transportation is nearby.

We arrived late at the hotel and was very hungry, the bar provided food for us after the serving was over. That was very nice. Starbucks was about a half block away, that was a plus for us. Love having two bathrooms in the room.
