Great hotel

Like the oldness and loved the deluxe room with two bathrooms! Quieter on that side too.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff....it’s older but well kept. Wish i could have stayed a few more days to give an accurate assessment but i was pleased with my stay!

Close to everything downtown! Close to the Monorail/Westlake Center to Seattle Center. Quick walk to Pike Place Market!

This is a classic hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Its very close to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to Pikes Place. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was a good size. Its not a modern hotel, its classic.

It was a beautiful place and top notch service. The complementary breakfast was lousy. I do understand that the hotel was very empty with Covid restrictions. It was disappointing to have the restaurant, bat and gym closed. However, it is a beautiful hotel and we loved our room and the view

The hotel was centrally located. Easy walking to Pikes market and the space needle. Followed recommendations of front desk “Ross McLeror” for restaurants. All 3 he mentioned as his favorites were my wife’s and mine also. Great personal service from all staff. We will always stay at the Mayflower while visiting Seattle.

Whenever in Seattle, I stay at the Mayflower. Great, central location surrounded by great shopping and food. There is a fabulous restaurant (Andaluca's) inside the hotel which makes the entire place smell beautiful. Very helpful front desk staff. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately our trip was planned prior to the corona virus pandemic, so some of the amenities were not available such as the restaurant. However, the staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. We were given an upgrade at no charge and were allowed late checkout on our departure date. Concierge was available to assist in locating restaurants that were open for take out and delivery and valet services were always quick to respond. This property does charge valet/parking of $35 per day +tax, which is expensive in my opinion, but seems to be the going rate these days. There is no pool or jacuzzi, which was disappointing. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint with the room was that the TV channel selection was very limited. Literally only 3 or 4 channels were working. We did not experience the bar, restaurant, or really anything except the main lobby and our room due to the virus. It is walking distance from many bars/restaurants and Pike Place Market. Overall, I would consider staying here again in the future.

This hotel is in an amazing location. We were able to walk everywhere and everything was at the most a 20 minute walk away. Our room was nice, clean, and big. Staff was friendly. This is an older historic hotel, which is amazing. The only flaw was the walls are some what thin. We could hear people next door from time to time, but it was never a real issue. Would highly recommend

I absolutely loved my 3-day experience at the Mayflower and the room I was provided was terrific. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, lovely living room space. Room service was wonderful and the breakfasts I ordered up were both delicious and plentiful. The staff was extremely friendly, concierge very helpful. I also want to say that when I informed the front desk that I was undergoing chemotherapy and was hoping to check in early, they accommodated me, which I really felt was going above and beyond.

Friendly staff, good location, fair price. I enjoyed my stay and found the place quite quaint. Thank you!

Great heritage property but dated. Ideal location that is easy walking distance to so many shops, cafes, restaurants and museums. The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here twice and would stay at the property again.

Service and room amenities. Location. Staff friendly.

It was easy to get everywhere and is right meek the light rail. It would be helpful to know that the casual restaurant is considered a bar and therefore we couldn’t go in since my daughter is a minor.

Love the location and beauty of this hotel. We stay here every year for our anniversary!

Close proximity to restaurants, Pike Place Market, attractions, etc. Oliver’s at the hotel was great. Had great drinks, food and wonderful service.

All good. Was as described-friendly attentive staff, big room, everything in good condition.nice bar in lobby- free, small carafes of peanuts.
