Nice large rooms, dining is expensive and there was not much around for dining options, especially breakfast. Lots of homeless people around on drugs. Transport links were really close.

There were pretty good restaurants within walking distance. It was convenient for walking to the piers. Easy to take the train to the space needle. I like staying in old hotels that are unique to the area and not a chain. And I know that means that I take a chance on condition but this one was very well kept up. All the staff were friendly and our room was nice! We were pleased that they had a connecting restaurant, café, and bar. The bar was fun to sit at and chitchat with the bartender.I know it’s nothing that the hotel can do but I hated all the homeless around you could tell that they were all on drugs. I also know that when you stay in a downtown area in a small building you will hear sirens and that was the noise. I would stay here again but just try to get higher up or on a different side of the building.

Our housekeeper was excellent. She went above and beyond for our 3 day stay! Meticulously cleaned each day while we were out! (Each and everything in our room and bathroom)! Fresh towels daily! Made our bed nice and crisp. Oliver's lounge (Heidi) our server and all the others were so kind and our personal concierge staff for our trip! Breakfast was amazing and a good value. Great coffee. Marionberry jam homemade! Where do I find it? Received an early check in, which was so great; as we had a very early arrival. Front desk seems a bit overwhelmed.

Great place to stay with a family. Great walking location and large room. Area around the property isn’t great. Many homeless, saw drugs being used and a woman threatening to shoot someone.

Classic hotel with beautiful ironwork. Rooms are comfortable and bedding clean. However there was a strong mildew/mold smell particularly strong in hallways. Less strong in the room, but triggered a sore throat and sneezing.

Older vintage hotel with old world charm. Unfortunately room 405 had a leaky shower faucet, room was too cold/heat didn’t work and there’s an eye level view of the building’s mechanicals and giant fan. Staff was helpful, esp valet parking- convenient to walk to the Moore Thestre. Close to many of the downtown sights.

There are no words to describe how pleased I was with my stay at the Mayflower Park Hotel. Starting with the location: The Hotel is around the block from the light rail station, which meant I could take it from (and to!) the airport for $3, versus the $80+ it would have cost to Uber/Lyft. The general area is surrounded by very high end shops (Nordie's, All Saints, YSL, etc.) and is incredibly safe/patrolled. Even though the hotel clearly caters to a more well-heeled crowd than I, I never once was made to feel awkward or odd. Every person that I spoke to/dealt with was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Extra special shout outs to Hezekiah and Richard at the concierge for tolerating my incessant questions/requests with grace, and Sebastian and Jessie at the valet, for always having a friendly smile, helpful suggestion, or just general encouragement. Oh, and Alvin (?) in engineering who sprang to my aid. I would 100% stay here in the future if I'm ever afforded the opportunity. The room was quiet, well-appointed, and impeccably kept. Yes, it is an older hotel, so if your looking for something more tech forward, perhaps look somewhere else, but for those that appreciate the old world class of a boutique European style hotel, definitely check this out. I did check out the fitness room, which was actually a lot bigger than I expected, but I didn't use it because I walked all over that beautiful city!! 11/10. No notes!!
