We really enjoyed the elegance and historical feel of this hotel; rooms were clean & cozy and enjoyed the lobby with morning coffee. From the cleaning folks to valets to front desk, the staff here was not only top notch but also friendly. The property is perfectly situated for walking to Pike's Market, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again.

Beside issues with one of the elevators not working, our stay here was very pleasant. Our room was minimal, clean & quiet. We were able to walk to a lot of different areas. As well as got lucky with being able to check in early. The hotel was also accommodating by holding our bags after check out so that we could head to a tour before flying out later that day. Overall the friendly staff & central location would be reasons to stay again.

Very small room and bathroom. Very clean and classy hotel, bat lacks modern amenities. Lounge area, a half stairway off the lobby, was stiflingly hot in the morning while the sitting area in the lobby was too cold. Central location in the city was good and walking distance to Pike's Market, restaurants and entertainment venues was convenient.
