Great hotel, crappy location.

Probably the best hotel i've ever stayed at in my life and i've stayed at very nice hotels before. Clean room & large room that had everything we needed for a 7 day stay. Yep, Tacoma sucks and the Hotel is not in a great location (crime, homeless, etc) but the parking lot is fenced in. But only one way in and out and its right next to a intersection so, super unsafe to just get in and out of the parking lot. Nobody's fault but its a problem in my opnion. But the hotel, staff and everything else was awesome

Not great, not absolutely terrible

Depending on time of day, staff is rude. Night staff at check in was rude, day staff was super sweet! TV has cable, but only worked half the time. Room smelled and looked very clean so if you’re not staying for long and don’t care to enjoy a movie then it’s worth the price.

Staff very friendly. Property and room very clean. In house breakfast was amazing However the surrounding property a bit Sus.... there is security around the site and front doors are locked in the evening times for only key access.
