Check in person seemed annoyed and unfriendly
We love staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites & have always felt safe with fencing around the property. There was one thing about our door to our room. It looked like it was hung wrong & we needed to put towels around because of the cold air coming through. It was rm 222, I believe. We can't wait to come in the spring. Love the service even with COVID protocols in place.
Great service!
Great
Parking lot is gated and locked, butway to small and people parked all over, even double parked and on landscaping just to be in locked area. Bad, bad neighborhood that is not the hotels fault.
Everything was great. Wonderful place to stay!
We always stay at the hampton inn when we travel. Love their service and cleanliness. Food was good and room was clean. The only thing i would say is do not stay on the forst floor near the utility room because you will hear the housekeeping move stuff around and yell to one another about how they need something from them.
Rooms nice, clean and pleasant. Lobby furniture very dirty, soiled. Otherwise, if upkept, the lobby and entrance would be very nice w/ a modern flare. Nice breakfast but spills not kept wiped up leaving me with an unclean impression. Fruit had fermenting taste, not fresh.
They were doing remodeling. Our room was complete but the parking (which is behind gates) was limited because of containers holding materials were blocking some of the parking. We had to come back to the hotel early just to get a spot so we weren't blocked in. We had to leave our car & have family come get us or drop us off some days so we wouldn't have a problem getting out the next day. They also didn't have 2 chairs in our room & needed more towels which both were supplied immediately. We also would have preferred a room facing the parking lot instead of other hotel rooms. Were to tired to request another room.
The location was convenient for where we wanted to go. On the downside, it's under renovation - our individual room was very nice, but anything outside of that was a challenge. Finding an ice machine was impossible, and the fridge wasn't working in the snack area so you had to find an employee to request either ice or a soda. And it's not the hotel's fault, but there were several homeless people up and down the street and around the perimeter of the property - probably harmless, but didn't make one want to go out at night.
Had to go back to the front desk 4 times because my key wouldn’t work, then the night manager was upset because she had to help me. Terrible service, and the hotel is under construction. It shouldn’t be open to the public. I should have my money back. Terrible experience
We had ants in our room, we put a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping still went in and cleaned.
We always try to stay at an Hampton Inn wherever we go. This one is located close to our family and there are a lot of restaurants etc. really close by. We have always been treated well. We had a delay in our flight coming in and they were very accommodating when we arrived late. Would recommend them any time. We were visiting family in Tacoma, Wa.
The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the room was quiet. Everything you'd want in a place to sleep. Breakfast options were standard and the food was good. Didn't try the pool or workout room. Overall very pleased.
Multiple issues with room were communicated to staff, and only 1 was ever fixed over course of several days. Worst one was hotel door didn’t latch unless forcibly closed, so everyday when housekeeping was done with the room it was openly accessible to anyone that tried the door. That issue was never resolved. When work brings me back in the area I won’t be staying here.
