This lovely 1 bedroom and 1 bath apartment is 1 of 4 apartments in this historic mansion buildingin the Stadium District of Tacoma. Situated on a large tree lined street, this apt has the best views in the entire building! Apt boasts a large living space, living room w/ comfy leather couch/chair, walk in closet, huge kitchen dining area, ensuite bathroom w/ soaking tub & shower & queen bed w/ a view of the water.

Amazing shared rooftop deck overlooking the water. Walkable to everything including restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries and even the hospital!

The lobby of the mansion building is shared space, along with the rooftop deck! There are lovely walkable parks nearby.
Other things to note
The owners and their 3 kids are very kind and helpful if you need anything. :) parking in front of the building is FREE! This is a 3rd floor walk up, no elevator. Bedroom A/C but rarely need anything more than a fan in western Washington. Very quiet space, great for a traveler working in Tacoma or nearby. Only a few mins drive from the freeway. Bus service 1 block away. Link Light Rail only 3 blocks away with regional connections at Tacoma Dome Station and Seattle.. This apartment is NOT set up for children or pets.
