The hotel is beautiful and unique. The bed we had was too soft. Might be time to purchase another. This made for an uncomfortable sleep.

I loved the nice soft bed, thick big towels, amazing matching robes, spacious clean rooms and very nice staff all around.

Rooms lack amenities. Lots of hidden fees!!!!!! Hotel lacks amenities. Soda machine, just one. Hidden in the basement, and broken. Bar will not sell soda, have to go across street or use room service. Terrible parking. Have to park across street walk back to hotel. Only valet parking. very cramped. very basic rooms, very over priced!

Great ting staff, fresh made peanut brittle as we checked in

Great location. Clean hotel and very nice and old looking.

This is such a beautiful and unique hotel. It feels like a step back in time as soon as you enter the doors. Love the comfort of the beds and the whole room! It’s a special treat to stay there!!

VERY attentive service from check-in through check-out. Valet gave me the option to self park guiding me to the hotel’s garage across the one way street maze, check-in was courteous, non-intrusive, & quite attentive. I felt that Taylor (at the front desk) was something between a reunited long-term friend and a personal executive assistant! I had messed up my back the week before & was traveling with a cane & extremely wrinkled wedding clothes. Taylor saw that I got to my room & that housekeeping had perfectly pressed & returned my wedding attire within 2 hours (pre-wedding pictures were early the next morning). Room service provided a perfectly prepared & presented Crab Louie midnight snack & an eggs Benedict with crab (love that fresh sea food) breakfast. The hotel was one of the most beautiful that I have had the pleasure of staying at with its ornate peacock ceiling. Lastly, but certainly not the least was the most comfortable bed. What an amazing property & an oasis of calm in the hectic, some what stressful timeline of a wedding celebration.

Beautiful! We only had one night, but the hotel was well maintained and we loved all the original touches to it. We would stay again if we returned to Spokane.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff, we had a few light bulbs out in our room but we called the front desk and they were fixed promptly. Best part of the room was definitely the huge bed, worst part was only one sink in a bathroom that big, but obviously not a dealbreaker. We already plan on coming back!

We came here for a Christmas getaway and had a wonderful experience. Our room was beautiful, the staff was incredible and the food/atmosphere at the restaurant was outstanding. I think this is a new annual tradition!

This is a beautiful hotel. However, it was not easy to sleep and I was very disappointed. I could feel the springs in my bed and if you got to close to the edge it felt like you would roll out. The pillows were fluffy but there wasn't much to them. They needed to be fuller. I had to use 3 of them under my head. Also, I am glad I was at the end of the hall because in the morning we could hear everyone in the hallway and the outside noise was really loud!

The hotel is rich with history and close to evething downtown. The rooms are excellent and the beds are the very “best.” The restaurant serves wonderful food and the service is great. The happy hour options are a great value. Book a stay here you will not regret it.
