My room smelled like piss, the cover sheets were ripped, and the rooms were really small. The staff member charged me double the parking fee at checkout because he was in a hurry. In general, it was an awful experience overall.

Great location downtown. Walkable & close to public transportation. Had an issue with my room & manager resolved it promptly. Elevators are very small and only one was working the 4 days we were there.

I have grand mal seizures I had one on the way to the Sacramento airport. Connot make my plane. My Internet would not let me cancel due to interference. I called total max. To cancel they said they didn't have my name but another Mcamis. I haven't been able to get a hold of the airline. But I sent 2-3 emails explaining my situation. It's not safe to fly at the moment. I've had seizures on planes before. I need 2 weeks before I can try and fly again as it cause abnormal electrical signals in my frontal lobe. please refund my money. Again I was not able to cancel. Due to my seizures and issues w the Internet. I heard on the news many of your plane were grounded due to this issue. Michael. Mcamis

Great accommodations, staff was friendly and happy hour was an amazing surprise. Sadly only thing lacking was social restaurant's or local pubs are almost nil in the area.

I had requested a room with tub but when we got into room it was shower only. They said that Expedia never shares that info. I told them I had called hotel myself with request. They moved us to another room but the tub had a step up of about 8 inches. Not doable for an older man with Prosthetic leg. Not a good stay!
