This was a great place, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant next door is very nice and you are within walking distance of a just about anything in the downtown area. Couldn't recommend it more highly

Found Hotel Max at the last minute and it was perfect! Hip hotel with great amenities, clean, relaxing room in a great location!

great comfortable experience. worth my time and money

The best thing about this hotel is the location & staff! It's in the heart of downtown, so we walked everywhere! The staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The bathrooms need updating, but we'd definitely stay there again!

Great location, room was small and bathroom was tiny, but it was in a great spot for getting around town, the staff and service was great.

We had a very nice two night stay at Hotel Max. Beds were comfortable, location is quiet for a city, and it was a short walk to Pike Place Market. There were several very good restaurants and a Whole Foods within a few blocks. The area does look like it is being revitalized so lots of construction in the area and not as lively as a true downtown. We had some issues with the reservation. We reserved a room with two beds for our kids, but none was available when we got there. Annoying, but they offered us free valet parking to compensate.

The only complain i have is the room waa too small cant fit all our 2 luaggae. But best location.

Great location, cool interiors, pretty good value for money. Free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. Very cool and comfy lobby. Bag check. 2 blocks from train to airport.

About 10 minutes walk from Space Needle. Valet Parking is pricey ( $40/night), however there is a parking lot directly across the street that changes half of the price for 24hours. Staff was friendly, and helpful. We arrived a time 12:30 and were able to check in earlier without any additional charges!

Max is 20 min. walk from Space needle and the bus stop around the corner - that meeting my requirements.

The staff was wonderful. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and luxurious.

Very friendly staff, great views, in walking distance to Pikes Place and LINK

My second stay at this hotel. The staff is the most attentive, nicest, and friendly that I have ever come across in my years of travel. They set an amazing fun vibe, that is evident throughout the entire hotel.

The decor and atmosphere of the hotel is great. Complimentary happy hour was a nice bonus. Room soundproofing wasn't great, we could hear every note of the music the neighbors were playing (loudly) for two of the nights. Bathroom was cramped, No counter and a shelf so tiny, anything wider than a toothbrush kept getting knocked to the floor. Despite the drawbacks, I'd definitely stay here again, because of the value and location.

They give you free beer! Which was a perfect way to kick off my evening out in Seattle. The hotel is in a great location downtown, and easy to drive up to froM the freeway.

The staff were great, really helpful and polite. I truly appreciated the valet service, I did not have to worry about parking my oversized truck in downtown Seattle. Hotel was close and convenient to many sights, very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the website pictures are misleading on the size of the bathroom...the King Deluxe has a small shower, not the larger bathroom pictured on the Hotel Max website.

Nice boutique hotel, within walking distance of everything.

Everything perfect love the hotel its so me how its decorated

VERY CLEAN Bedroom sheets, pillows , bed VERY COMFORTABLE HAPPY SMILING STAFF Small bathroom wasn't great for me but it's a small boutique. At $296 for a night which includes tax it just isn't a value in my mind.
