It only had 2 VERY SMALL elevators for the whole hotel, like 3 people max, 2 if they had luggage. With the hotel being full it took FOREVER to get an elevator. We had to take 3 flights of stairs down with our full size 50# luggage because we waited and 3 elevators came and were full. Other than the elevators, it was nice.

The Rooms are very small, Dark. Only one elevator working long wait going up and down. The AC doesn't work properly.

We were told we’d receive a text when our room was ready for check-in but never got one even though they confirmed my phone number. We went out and had some food and came back when we were told to check in time was 4 PM. They were checking in other people to the hotel so finally I got back into the line and the staff were nice to me, but they weren’t nice to the other staff. The elevator was broken so it took forever to get up and down. There was no garbage in the bathroom to put towels after drying your hands.

Horrible place. Super small rooms. One tiny elevator for 1000s of people. A/C unit not properly functioning, toilet clogged and shiiz all over the floor and had to change rooms. Worst experience ever!! Definitely going online to TRUTH it up all over the inter

Appreciated the free beer at happy hour. Nice vibe in the lobby in the morning and evening. Didn’t see my room cleaned and the shower was hilariously tiny but otherwise a decent room.
