The staff was wonderful. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and luxurious.
Very friendly staff, great views, in walking distance to Pikes Place and LINK
My second stay at this hotel. The staff is the most attentive, nicest, and friendly that I have ever come across in my years of travel. They set an amazing fun vibe, that is evident throughout the entire hotel.
The decor and atmosphere of the hotel is great. Complimentary happy hour was a nice bonus. Room soundproofing wasn't great, we could hear every note of the music the neighbors were playing (loudly) for two of the nights. Bathroom was cramped, No counter and a shelf so tiny, anything wider than a toothbrush kept getting knocked to the floor. Despite the drawbacks, I'd definitely stay here again, because of the value and location.
They give you free beer! Which was a perfect way to kick off my evening out in Seattle. The hotel is in a great location downtown, and easy to drive up to froM the freeway.
The staff were great, really helpful and polite. I truly appreciated the valet service, I did not have to worry about parking my oversized truck in downtown Seattle. Hotel was close and convenient to many sights, very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the website pictures are misleading on the size of the bathroom...the King Deluxe has a small shower, not the larger bathroom pictured on the Hotel Max website.
Nice boutique hotel, within walking distance of everything.
Everything perfect love the hotel its so me how its decorated
VERY CLEAN Bedroom sheets, pillows , bed VERY COMFORTABLE HAPPY SMILING STAFF Small bathroom wasn't great for me but it's a small boutique. At $296 for a night which includes tax it just isn't a value in my mind.
Hotel Max is the perfect location in downtown Seattle. Walking distance to tourist sites, shopping, great restaurants.. You name it! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Awesome rooms with great music themed decor! Will definitely stay again!!
If you were looking for something different in a hotel in Seattle then The Max is for you. It has a funky, artsy vibe that is lots of fun. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to help.
Centrally located. Cool (free) happy hour local craft beer. Clean hotel
Nice hotel close to downtown and conveniently located near the Link light rail and Monorail. Great hotel staff and delicious food at the adjacent restaurant, Miller's Guild. Had a little mix up with the room assignment but the hotel manager was awesome and made sure I was moved into the correct room.
Attentive staff with an out-of-the-ordinary facility. Great location, near most attractions.
The staff is friendly and really helpful. This hotel is in the middle of everything so the location is convenient. The rooms are too small and the photography on the doors are kinda creepy. Also its too overpriced.
This was my first time in Seattle, and I loved it. I loved Hotel Max it's in a great location, walking distance from everything. The staff was super nice and helpful. I definitely want to come back and stay at hotel max again. The rooms were nice, and quiet. Plus you get free beer from local breweries, awesome!
First time in Seattle and a very nice place to visit! I enjoyed the hotel stay because everything was in walking distance or local transport to get anywhere. The only issue I had was the noise from street construction.
We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was immaculate. The staff was friendly and fast. The hotel concierge and limo service was excellent!!
Very Friendly Staff, very helpful, great central location and walking distance to the buses and monorail.
Unfortunately, hotel did not contact us and inform us that we would not be able to freely come and go from our hotel including driving our car or walking to our destinations. There was a political person staying at the hotel next to The Max and the area was constantly on lock down with police and secret service agents everywhere. You could not cross the street at several intersections and would have to walk several blocks out of the way to try to get where you were going. It was very inconvenient and wish we would have been given a heads up as it had been like that days prior to our arrival. Our room was also not what we had reserved. It was very small!! So small that we had to have our luggage stacked on top of each other.
