Great spot that’s centrally located. The staff were super friendly and approachable. Only complaint was that one elevator was working at certain times due to maintenance. Otherwise I would stay there again.

I had an overall great experience during my stay at The Max Hotel. The rooms were consistently well-cleaned and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my visit, making the atmosphere feel very welcoming. Note for future guests: Please be aware that the rooms do not come equipped with microwaves. While you can request one, they have a very limited supply, and it is highly likely that one won't be available during your stay.

Front desk staff were friendly checking us in, and gave us good tips on places to eat nearby. The 5 p.m.-6 p.m. happy hour in the lobby is a great perk and was a great refuge on a cold, rainy evening. The kind-sized bed was comfy. The room is quite small, so if you're planning a longer stay, that might be an issue. We were only in town for two nights and it was perfect for us.
