This was our second stay at the Seattle Grand Hyatt. We love the hotel, it proximity to everything downtown including Pike Market and the Space Needle. The Grand Hyatt is centrally located and safe, comfortable beds and the bathroom soaking tub is wonderful. My reason for 4 stars is because the hotel WIFI is horrible. It takes forever to connect and disconnects frequently. I was trying to make plans for a group excursion to the Space Needle and I kept getting dropped internet. This should not happen at a hotel chain like Hyatt. While I loved the hotel, this was unacceptable and happened frequently.
