We were on the 30th floor with a great view. Front desk upgraded us there for my birthday! Awesome that there was a tiny window to open for fresh air. All staff we professional and very helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Fabulous city. Great places to visit. Ferry ride a must.

Overall great stay. There were some general issues with merging 2 separate bookings to one, where the key card was deactivated on the 2nd day and the 2nd night was charged a second time onto the same credit card as the first night so some headaches that could have been avoided. But overall hotel was fine. Good location, clean, etc.

Such an easy stay. The room was beautiful and so clean. Hot tub, steam room, and sauna on 4th floor (along with full gym). There is a sushi spot (meh) and New York style deli (yum!) attached to the building, as well as a Starbucks and a Ruth's Chris steakhouse. The views from my room were awesome. Bathtub in the room was awesome. The whole experience was amazing and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

This has been my third time at this hotel which has all the features I enjoy including great location, nice room and view, comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Stayed here for a conference that I helped host. The staff and amenities were excellent. Room was spacious and well modeled. Rooms were top notch clean. The beds I thought were lacking. Kind of plain. Pillows were nothing special. Would have expected better comfort from the bedding but I still had a great sleep.

We could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Everything was SUPERIOR.

Great room, helpful and friendly staff. Recommend getting the breakfast package for convenience and great savings. Only blocks away from pretty much anywhere we need to go. Link Light Rail from airport to 2 blocks from hotel, 1 block from the mono that will take you to space needle.

Great front desk and concierge. Housekeeping was wonderful. Location was perfect

Couple blocks from Monorail that takes you to the Space Needle. Built in 1962 for the Expo, the Space Needle has since become the symbol of Seattle, and one of the most recognizable structures in the world. Roundtrip on Monorail is $4.25. Hotel also close to light rail station that takes you to and from SETAC (Seattle Tacoma) airport and a train stop for the Ballpark and Football stadium. Better than renting a car if you stay down town. Very hard to find parking in the city. $30 a day all day parking.

After staying at two other hotels to visit my son, I have decided that this would be my chosen visiting destination. The location, presentation of the room, and amenities meet my needs as a home away from home.

Great staff, lovely building with a view. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly.

I enjoyed shopping and tour downtown Seattle. 24 hr. gym wa clean and fine for oversea traveler.

I spent two night here for my Seattle trip. The location is great and not too far to get to different tourist attractions. Enjoy so much in the comfy room and nice service!!!

From the minute we pulled up we new we made the right choice. Flew from Florida to visit son over thanksgiving weekend. Room and Hotel were spotless. Gym was well equipped. Elevators were super fast. Even the stairwells were clean. (Trying to get in shape) Location was perfect everything was in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, malls, Pike place, and aquarium. Even walked to the observation building, what a view. Thanksgiving Parade was right in front of our hotel. Saw the lighting of the Christmas tree and the fire works from the hotel entrance. Staff was extremely attentive. Use the valet parking it is well worth the cost, we were in an out exploring the rest of the surroundings so much made it a breeze. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very nicely decorated. The room was a bit snug, but this was counterbalanced by all of its nice features (e.g., ability to control curtains from your bed). The location is great -- close to public transportation and the major tourist sites.

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly, celebrating wedding anniversary, stayed 7 nights and they gave us room on 30th floor with beautiful city view. Hotel location is central and within easy walking accessibility of all Seattle attractions. We met staff at check-in and check-out only, other than that, everything was so convenient and comfortable, did not need to contact staff for anything. Only small problem was water in shower would go off after every few minutes and had to wait a minute or so for it to come back on. We should have checked why this happened, but were not inconvenienced enough to do so.

Beautiful standard room, awesome bathroom, great location......will be back

The staff and room were wonderful. We booked the hotel for our wedding night. The front desk comped us a $50 credit for room service breakfast and we had excellent service throughout our stay.

We got in late but the valet staff and front desk were helpful and cordial. The room was lovely and clean and plush. The only problem was that room service ended at 10 pm and we had arrived near midnight The deli next door was closed but the guy manning the place let us in and fixed us sandwiches Awesome
