When we arrived we asked the front desk for 4 extra pillows to be brought to the room the following day by 3pm. Our daughter was having elbow surgery and we needed to make sure we had enough to prop her an up safely. They hadn't brought them by the time we got back, so I stopped by the desk and reminded them of what we needed. They promptly got them to us. All the staff were very friendly andvery accommodating. We will definitely stay there again. As for the breakfast, it was good and several options to choose from. Thank you for a comfortable stay for us. It was greatly appreciated.

Location: walkable, close to Seattle Center with grocery store a short walk away. Room: king studio was spacious, clean, and comfortable with 2 closets and a huge TV. Breakfast: lots of options and free, with a spacious dining area.There is also a snack hour with bread and cheese. Parking: underground, 2 levels and $30 per night. Gym: huge with everything for strength and cardio training equipment. Oversll, it’s a great value if you’re in downtown Seattle!

one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! everything was perfect, the hotel is walking distance to the grocery store (QFC), restaurants, MoPOP, Space needle. The hotel itself is really nice, modern and clean. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy!! The gym was also clean with the view of the space needle too on the viewing balcony/deck. I’d go back here!!

Great place to stay in Seattle! Easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena with a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby. Brand new facility, so everything is in top shape. Breakfast was a nice bonus, especially with kids in tow. Will definitely stay here again!

Our room was excellent clean, comfortable and great for the price we absolutely stay here again. we did have some trouble with knowing checking in and parking. you have to park in the front which only accommodates 2 cars at a time but other than that amazing

Breakfast was great but with only ONE staff person doing ALL the refreshing of foods the food items seemed to be out quite a bit because large groups kept on coming…food itself was EXCELLENT, freshly made real eggs, chicken sausage, hash browns, cereals with dairy AND non-dairy milks…very good coffee. The amenities were wonderful including the delicious teas set out in the evenings for all to drink. We only stayed night, and the king suite w sofa bed suited our needs. Very comfortable! This new, spotless and stylish hotel was so enjoyable and quiet. It was impressive even though it’s thought of as a businessperson’s hotel, it had a nice minimal clean line for style. The bartender, Chris, was a delightful spokesperson for the hotel and made us a perfect burger and drinks.

The hotel is brand new, so everything felt clean and well‑maintained. We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping came every other day — they made the beds but did leave some trash behind in the room. The hotel has three elevators, and since it was a busy weekend, we often had to wait quite a while to use them. The breakfast area was also consistently crowded, and while the breakfast staff was great. The front desk staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly. I’ve stayed at other Element hotels where the breakfast was much better — here, there were no made‑to‑order eggs, and the only fruit available was apples. The hotel is right next to a highway but we could not hear any street noise.

The place was of course brand new but amazing all around! The staff was all so welcoming and friendly from the front desk to housekeeping! I am hoping it stays reasonably priced as will recommend to all and to continue our visits here!
