The Westin Seattle

We stayed at the Westin over President's Day weekend. It took us over an hour to check-in; when we went to our room the keys didn't work; our replacement room was covered in trash and the bed was stripped and sheets were strewn everywhere. We were eventually led back to our original room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great, never disaponted with the Westin hotels. We like it. Confortable, great location.

We were able to conveniently check in early. My boyfriend ordered room service and said the food was really good and fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything. We would definitely stay again. The only thing missing is a hot tub at the pool.

Very nice in the hart or downtown , round building. Good parking

I enjoyed this hotel. It is in a convenient location. We were able to easily walk wherever we wanted to go. Our room was on the 30th floor and we had gorgeous views of Puget Sound.

While the location is very good, there is nothing special about the actual rooms. Very basic and average, I've had better at a Residence Inn and I get a breakfast to boot. The staff was polite and helpful. It's rather expensive for such basic offerings.

I stayed 3 nights over a weekend. My Orbitz room was a "standard" room and at check-in was asked if I wanted to have a "premium" room with a view above the 12th floor. I agreed and paid the extra. My room was on the 46th floor. There were only 8 or 9 rooms to a floor due to the building being round. My view included the water, the Ferris wheel near Pike Place, the city and Mt. Rainier (when visible). The bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was that it was an adjoining room with an interior door to the room next door. This aspect made for no privacy, meaning, I could hear EVERYTHING going on. Saturday night there was an older couple in the room and the woman kept fumbling with her side of the adjoining door. I could hear all of their conversation and even her husband's sneezing (not the loud AHHH CHOOO, but a regular sneeze.) I kept my TV down to level 5 or 6 to be quiet and not to disturb anyone. Sunday night some late night drunken revelers entered that room partying to a boom box, singing and jumping around at 11:30pm, which woke me up. I called security to have them quieted down. They did lower the volume a bit, but didn't they pass out until after 1:00 am and I wasn't able to get back to sleep until 2 am. GRRR!!! Despite this, my stay was good and I would recommend the hotel. Be warned, though, parking is expensive as my friend came for dinner and parked in the valet. I had the parking added to my bill and 3 hours of parking was over $50!!!

Great location and hotel has very nice facilities but expected better service and amenities based on the price.

Beautiful view from the room. Definitely coming back soon

Excellent views and friendly staff, very typical of the Westin experience. We did have some issues with the elevator speed but it was resolved during our stay.

Great location. Bar prices a little high but to be expected for the location. Overall great stay would recommend

Great hotel and staff!!! Will definitely stay here during future stays in Seattle. Within walking distance of Pike's Market, the Piers and the Seattle Space Needle.

Had a great time at the Seahawks game. Hotel was very clean and great location.

Bed was not comfortable and shower had no pressure

Our first impression was wonderful. The lobby smelled like heaven. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to public transportation and the market. Many restaurants and small stores within blocks. The room was great. Slept better in the bed, than at home. We will be booking our stay at The Westin on our next trip

Hotel was quite pleasant and very busy. It is starting to date now. High winds caused a lot of structural creaking, so much so, the concierge was offering ear plugs. Bed was way too soft and internet an expensive extra. Breakfast was extensive but relatively dear. Probably would not stay again as there are other options in Seattle

The Westin was perfectly located for a weekend getaway in Seattle, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. the views are wonderful.

The hotel was walking distance to many thing. It was across the street from the light rail & monorail.

Very nice hotel. Clean, elegant and beautiful. Enjoyed my time there. Location was excellent. Only downside was the parking is way too expensive. Close to $50 for the night.

The location was perfect. The hotel had to accommodate China President on the same dates we arrived. This gave us restrictions on using the hotel amenities.
