Location was perfect to tour Seattle downtown. We were able to see city view in my hotel room. It was nice.

Very difficult to sleep, our ice machine was broken and could hear the pipes. Wi-Fi was not free even though it stated it was. Parking was expensive.

Front desk was really slow. When 7 people are in line and only 1 person working, she shouldn't be chit-chatting with the flight attendants. Room had a musky smell.

The premium water view

The property is really old. The rooms have been updated but a long time ago so they are getting old again and they were not updated very nice the first time. As for cleanliness, the room was just OK on the cleanliness part and when I went to put our water in the refrigerator there was still other peoples food in there! If the staff cannot even take old food out of the fridge what does that tell you about the detail of real cleaning they do.... or don't do!?

The Westin in Seattle continues to be my go-to hotel in the area. It is always reliably clean, well apportioned, and comfortable. The staff were - without exception - polite, friendly, and professional. An excellent stay.

Nice rooms. Good views.

The hotel is nice but we paid almost as much to park in the garage as we did to stay in our room. It’s ridiculous.

Loved the property but you’ll have to pay for WiFi. The location was great! Short walk to Pike Market!

Not updated. Old rooms. No room service. Bar closes early and area surrounding closes at 10pm. Lumpy beds as well

Large, clean hotel room, very comfortable and nearly panoramic view from wide windows. Enjoyed watching City night lights But could black out with curtains when sleeping. Very quiet room and lots of open space. Felt almost like a suite. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice room in a distinctive hotel building in a very good location. Unfortunately their billing system (or Marriot's) was very messed up requiring me to call to get it corrected.
