The only thing I don't like about this hotel is the price. It's a little high.

Round building an unusual feature making rooms different. Good sized also

The location of the coffee pot is less than ideal. I tried to make myself a cup of tea the night before leaving and the reservoir overflowed. I ended up burning my hand trying to take the overflowing cup to the bathroom. I did call for assistance from the front desk, who then sent security up with a first aid kit. Which by then I was crying from the pain. And, then they asked if I wanted Emts to look at it and see if the had any better ointment or cream for the burn. My gripe with your hotel is, the lack of follow-up. Clearly the folks from the nightshift didn’t rely any info to the people relieving them since I needed tape for the gauze that the EMTS left me to travel home with.

nice location, was in walking distance of everything but room was dirt.. bathroom had hair all over the place and candy melted on the floor

It was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.

No complimentary coffee on site. Not in room or lobby. Also WiFi is difficult to connect to.

The location and availability of room service. I did not like the cost of the mini bar items.

Westin charges $15/day for wifi. Check in took >30 min. The mini bar items are weighted, so if you pick them up you are charged for them. Regardless of whether or not you consume the item.. Our room did not have a sign explaining this.

I/we liked most of it. The room was nice, the facility was nice, the location was quite nice. The view was okay. The little staff contact we had was nice - Julinita (I think that's how her name was spelled - on the reception/check-in desk) was terrific. The buffet, the first morning was pretty sad: the quiche, scrambled, potato and sausage services were empty. I got my own OJ and refill; The second morning, it was better, with the serving pans full. But my wife was never offered a refill on her soda. The pool (room) is in tough shape with the sheetrock deteriorating badly at the base on one wall, the rescue 'hook' not having any hook left to it, and some tiles missing on the pool interior. All-in-all, it was a good stay.

Great location and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location, good restaurant, and friendly staff. Kids had fun in pool ( even though it’s smaller than pictured on the website) and I enjoyed the workout room. Would have liked to see a steam room, sauna or hot tub, however.
