Not updated. Old rooms. No room service. Bar closes early and area surrounding closes at 10pm. Lumpy beds as well

Large, clean hotel room, very comfortable and nearly panoramic view from wide windows. Enjoyed watching City night lights But could black out with curtains when sleeping. Very quiet room and lots of open space. Felt almost like a suite. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice room in a distinctive hotel building in a very good location. Unfortunately their billing system (or Marriot's) was very messed up requiring me to call to get it corrected.

The elevator is terrible, due to covid, you should stay 6 ft, so that means when you get on it, should be 1 or 2 family only and since you have to scan your room card in order to choose the floor you want to go to and it keeps bring you back to the main floor and sometimes you have to wait for 5 minutes to be able get on even though they have 3 elevators

Excellent hotel.

A compliment to NATHAN, Who SAVED my day.... I have been having personal issues and had to go to Seattle for a short "me" time getaway. I left Alaska at around 1:30 am. I had a red eye flight. My flight arrived at 7:30 am. I went straight to the hotel. I already knew that I booked on the 14th and check in time is going to be at 4:00 pm. I was having a heavy heart, lack of sleep and tired that day. He was the most professional, KIND, accommodating person. I told him that its ok that I can probably leave my luggage in the lobby and wait for the check in time at 4pm. He said he will check and work it out for me. My eyes grew bigger like what a nice surprise. He was able to accommodate me. Early check in and on top of that one, He upgraded my from deluxe to premium city view. I was very happy. Imagine how was my situation and here he was being so accommodating. I was tearfull when I got in my room. The moment I opened my room and there was the bed and the city view. It was an awesome feeling. Simple gesture like this TRULY CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE in someone's life. I was able to sleep, regained my energy back that day and felt rejuvenated from my red-eye flight. He is a keeper. Nathan, Thank you very much for making my day that day.... It was a great stay knowing that someone is accommodating like you sir. I would stay at Westin again. Its so positive and my whole stay was great

The location of this hotel was perfect. Everything seemed to be within walking distance. The views from this hotel were amazing and would definitely stay here again. The workout center was very nice and having the coffee shop there was very convenient. The staff was very helpful with stowing our luggage and gave us a list of restaurants with recommendations open arrival. Hands down would stay here again.

The huge pool in the pictures requires you make a reservation to use it and it’s not available after 4:30pm. This was not mentioned on the Orbitz listing and is buried behind three sub menus on Marriotts own website. Also, I’m not sure what they’re talking about when they say “extended hours” when they close the pool at 4:30. Staff were somewhat helpful and put in a request for refund (we left within an hour of arriving) but said it wasn’t likely to be fulfilled. Supposed to hear from management or whoever today via email, but it’s afternoon now and nothing. Also, the place is grossly overpriced, worn, and outdated and the rooms are tiny.

Clean friendly staff great location safe only complain there is no drinking fountains in the facility but they do offer you bottled water

Loved my view! Got charged twice for parking but other than that I had a wonderful stay.

They overbooked my pre paid room and gave me two full size beds Im a 6’2 male my feet dangled of the bed. Not happy with a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience.

I liked the views ! I also likes the location . Relish had great coffee and free refills. The gym was great! Had plenty of equipment and cold towels!

Loved the view of the city from the hotel. Had troubles looking for the parking & wished I were able to get food before I left.

The location was perfect to walk to any attractions Rooms were clean and views spectacular!
