Even though its a budget airline, Frontier offers free water and napkins onboard. It's nothing. But, it's really nice of them to offer what other budget carriers do not usually provide. Above all, crews were super friendly, creative-putting a smile on everyone's face.

The flight was fine. But ... there are so many added charges... paid $140 on top of what I already paid for the package through Orbitz

The only bad part of the whole trip was the check in kiosk at ticketing level. I put in my credit card and it told me it needed more information to find my reservation and then proceeded to ask more and more and more questions without ever stating that it found my reservation. It wasnt until three minutes later when the tickets were spit out that I knew it had actually found it. Very disconcerting. Just adding the phrase "We have your reservation" at the beginning would have reduced the stress of checking in since I do not fly American very often.
