I travelled with 2 other family members, so 3 of us in total. What didn't make sense to me was that there were 3 seats in a row, yet only 2 of us sat together. All of us could have easily sat together all in one row. That would have made the most sense when I was booking the 3 of us at the same time, on the same flight, using the same credit card. Other than a short flight delay, all was good. We enjoy the entertainment tv/movies, etc. Thank you.
All went well fly with you again
Enjoyed the whole flight
Would just like to see more interesting choices of food on the trip to Phoenix. The selection is pretty darn boring as I understand the more exciting choices are for longer flights. Otherwise everything else was great!
Great customer service
My seat wouldn't recline which made it less comfortable of a flight and the plane was late upon arrival. On the whole I prefer Westjet over other airlines. Always great staff!
The bathrooms are super tiny, especially for traveling with a 6'5" husband and three small children. Hubby ended up with bumps on his head and couldn't go in the bathroom with our children. I had to do bathroom duty because I'm smaller. It all worked, but bathrooms could definitely be larger. Thank you!
Love Orbitz and have been telling everyone I talk to about my trip how reasonable I got my flight prices for, thanks!
Wheel chair and electric cart at Phoenix
I did not get a free checked bag, I had to pay
