Unhappy with additional checked baggage fee for an international flight
The flight was delayed quite a bit, but the staff friendliness and overall service made it not seem like such a big deal. Good airline
Aircraft too cold
Very friendly staff.
When booking as a pair it would be nice to sit together. Flight to New York staff worked hard to put us close together but from New York didn’t try at all and said flight full when it wasn’t but stewart on plane was very helpful and overall great experience
The staff were very friendly and helpful
No movies on this flight - must have been technical issue but was red eye so not a big issue -was a really full flight so no option for seat change Only the second time using this airline and really like it
Flight crew can better monitor people who recline seats when they shouldn’t.
Wifi was not working on flight. Did not affect me, I decided to nap.
