i hadn’t flown in several years... since i wasn’t aware of all the new technology, i wasn’t prepared to use it... i was happy to just bring a book to read. the flight was pleasant and on time which is great, but i also found the whole experience to be kind of impersonal and ‘corporate’... i felt more like and object being transported than a customer. i was also disappointed in the credit card sales pitch at the end of the flight.... it just seemed inappropriate to me... everyday, everywhere, these days someone is trying to stick their hands in my pocket... we are bombarded by advertisements everywhere... and now apparently during an airplane flight too... it’s all just a little too much sometimes.... you don’t care about me so much, just how much i’ll buy from you :(
