I was very disappointed because my screen didn't work to watch a movie. I went to the online in-flight and it buffered for a while and was off sync. Also, although I was connected to the in-flight internet I was unable to get a good connection.

I have flown many airlines including United this was the best flight I’ve been on for over 2 years and 6 flights! Thank you united for the best trip ever

Dec 26, 2019

I'm glad we didn't crash because no one would have gotten out of one of the exit doors! You people put a 500 pound man right next to the exit door! He wouldn't have fit through the door in an emergency and no one would have been able to get past him. I had tremendous anxiety when I saw that. I believe that he had a cane or a wheel chair prior to boarding. The exit row should be taken more seriously. Since when it is appropriate to put people who are unable to perform the required tasks during an emergency in that seat!?

Nov 27, 2019

For $71 extra dollars my husband got ample legroom.

Nov 26, 2019

No issues the flight was on time and there were no delays or problems.
