Very cute, spacious, close to everything we needed. Parking was easy even late at night. Exactly as advertised. It's obviously a new VRBO as it's not as well stocked as you would expect -- no cream/sugar for coffee, not enough clean towels when we checked in but host offered to bring more immediately -- but hoping this buffs out with time and experience. Loved the individual heaters in each room. Otherwise no qualms & was a great value for the area.

This home worked perfectly for our large party! The Capitol Hill neighborhood / bars and restaurants were Uber close. We lucked out with street parking… Right in front of the house/opposite side of the street. Be aware… All bedrooms and bathrooms are up stairs. Thanks again for your assistance/communications!

Stayed at the property with some friends. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Had a little confusion over the unit # dropping bags off early but the manager was very responsive and helpful. Had a great stay and highly recommend the property! Great location, we could walk to a lot of restaurants and our friend’s.

Great Location and clean

Location was great, rental was clean, lots of stairs to get up to door and also up to bedrooms, only bring this up as for us only, we had tons of luggage because this location was a pit stop on a 3 week vacation. There was a major issue that we experienced that completely ruined this review, several times during our stay there was a strong odor of Marijuna inside the unit, this is a building that has several other apartments, and the one below the living room enjoyed smoking apparently and the smell would leak into our unit. There was no outside seating on the deck, there some VERY annoying cameras outside that would loudly go off stating “ Hey, Uou are being recorded” it would repeat this over and over and over again every time a hair moved on your head, it was Sooooo Annoying.

Seattle Seahawks get away.

Enjoyed our stay but parking was difficult to find on the residential streets. Unit number was incorrect on the door. No paper towels,salt and pepper, limited and old fry pans,One shower drain not draining and the other one could not make it work. Blind in main room would not go down all the way.

Nice stay

Very nice area and a comfortable walk to the Capitol Hill restaurants and bars. The layout of the rental is great. All 4 bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen and sitting area is downstairs.
