Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The decor was so nostalgic and colorful! It made you happy just walking into the lobby 😉

Hip and sophisticated with an amazing staff! Fresh ideas and attention to detail.

the restaurant was very limited. It didn't have much food that I liked. The room itself was of an adequate size, and it had a wonderful bathroom. The room has an electronic charging port for all the devices people carry. It supported usb A connections, but not usb C. These units will have to be repaced soon. Bathroom in lobby is code protected. You are out of luck if you need to go in a hurry. When you ask where restroom is, clerk rattles off a code. If you can't remember the code, there could be an accident.

Got here a little early sat in bar for 20 minutes. Room was nice bed was very comfortable. 😆😁 Only bad experience was we were right next to laundry room. Heard washer and dryer for 3 hours. 😩😩😡

This is one fun hotel. The staff is funny and helpful and so nice and the rooms are adorable. With the cheeky bed pillow, door hanger and bath mat to the adorable Dash dog for each room this is a fun hotel. Great location close to the tram and quieter than downtown but still in town this is a perfect hotel. Great food as well and you must try the daily pineapple cookies each afternoon with coffee. Thumbs up and I can't wait to come back.

Had a small issue. And they went over and beyond to remedy the problem. I would absolutely stay with them again.

Very cute hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nicely decorated bright great location with easy access.

The hotel is gorgeous and very clean. The pool is small but still refreshing. Wish there were more breakfast options.

Lots of personality and great service. A very unique stay with warm, personable staff and divinely comfortable beds. Definitely would come back.

Hotel staff was EXCELLENT! Right after booking, the hotel manager reached out to me (without me asking) and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay special. It was my fiancé's birthday, and they offered to put out some craft beer and chocolates for us. Right when we checked in they wished my fiancé a happy birthday, and as promised, in the room there was the beer and chocolates, as well as an awesome handwritten birthday card. They also were really awesome at giving suggestions about places to stay too. The hotel itself was great too. They have free bikes to rent and it's right in the middle of everything. 5-7 minute walk from Space Needle and Chihuly Glass Garden, and literally $12 Uber ride to anywhere you want to go in the city. They also have a free shuttle, but you'll have to call ahead to book it. Rooms are super comfy, nice shower/bathroom, and they have free popcorn, coffee, tea, and water in your room daily. Can't recommend this place any more highly and we would absolutely come back here should we ever go to Seattle again!

We have stayed at the Maxwell before. Our first surprise was the unexpected $40 charge for overnight parking. Compared to any other hotel I've stayed in recently, that's a lot. But the big surprise was an extra $20 "amenity charge" thrown in at the end. What was that for? Coffee in the room and my possible use of the pool. Really? This place nickel and dimes you to death. I'll never stay there again.
