We have stayed at The Maxwell three times now and it’s been great every time. They are super helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms huge. It’s walking distance to lots of area attractions.

Loved this hotel, I don’t have enough good things to say about it! The hotel was incredible, the staff were beyond exceptional. I’d booked this based on reviews and would encourage anyone to consider this hotel for your next trip. I am so glad I stayed here, it was a great hotel, fabulous rooms, amazing food and exceptional staff, great location and easily accessible even for being in the city for the first time. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

Pleasant staff, very dog friendly. Comfortable r[oom and bed. Received a voucher for a beer, wine, or soft drink when we checked in. Didn't care for the bar area. The design of its seating areas seemed to focus more on being quirky rather than comfort. Same.for the lobby area. Had the munchies after a late night walk back from Queen Anne. Not many snack offerings in the lobby for purchase other than chips. A few restaurants nearby. Recommend Hagen Cafe for coffee and breakfast. Lots of restaurants in Queen Anne just five to six blocks up the hill. About a 10 minute walk to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. Walked to Pike Place Market in 30 mins. Parking was $42. Could have gotten a spot on Spot Hero two blocks away for half that.

I love the way this property was decorated, with the coffee bar and the regular bar and restaurant area, it was also nice and so convenient. I loved how the rooms were decorated as well and all the cute little surprises like the puppy and the pineapple toilet paper. So fun to see something different.! The front desk staff was awesome, not at all impressed with the bartender that we had, but everything else was great!

An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Seattle! I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Staypineapple, The Maxwell Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. The vibe of the hotel is fun, quirky, and colorful—definitely not your average hotel, and in the best way possible. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Just a short walk to the Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), Chihuly Garden and Glass, and the Seattle Center—you’re right in the middle of it all. We even walked to Pike Place Market and the waterfront one afternoon. Whether you’re into art, food, music, or just sightseeing, this is the perfect home base. The hotel itself is super clean and comfortable, with plush beds (the double duvets are genius), fast Wi-Fi, and little touches like pineapple-themed decor and complimentary drinks that make it feel special. We also loved the on-site bar and café, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or drink before heading out. This property was a nice surprise. The property was clean, bright, and comfortable. The accommodations were upscale but intimate. We arrived early for check in expecting to have to kill time until we could get in our room, but our room was ready and they let us go upstairs early. All the staff we met were friendly, courteous and helpful. This is a great place to stay in Seattle.
