Great property for me and my 9 year old daughter. We came down for a show at Climate Pledge Arena and found everything was either available at the hotel (we loved the water filling station and pineapple cookies in the afternoon) or easily walkable (restaurants, Seattle center with space needle, chihuly, MOPOP nearby). The hotel has a small pool and workout facility which we appreciated. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. And of course we loved the whole pineapple theme! We would definitely stay again.

This is probably the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. Me and my husband absolutely love the bedding there's not another hotel that compares to that. Great location & really beautiful decor

Excellent customer service from the front desk, I was able to check in hours early and keep my car parked after check out time as we had a late night flight. Comfy bed, although the lack of top sheet made it difficult to get the right temp at night. Safe neighborhood and perfect walking distance to Climate Pledge arena & Space Needle area.

All of the staff was SO nice. This was definitely the highlight of the trip. The hotel coffee bar and restaurant were entirely fine. I probably would have ventured out further, but I walked quite a lot during the day and by dinner time, I was just exhausted, so it was nice to have the ability to get decent food in the hotel. That being said, there were many restaurants in walking distance, so you should definitely try them out if your feet still have energy left at the end of the day. The property is very conveniently located to the Space Needle/Museum of Pop Culture/Chihuly and the other things in that area. You can also hop the monorail to get down to the central area shopping, which is nice. I took the bus/trolley to Northern Queen Anne and Fremont, which is where my business for this trip was based. I learned on my way out that I could take monorail to Westlake and transfer to the light rail toward the airport, and that whole trip cost me $4, which was a lot better than a $40+ Uber ride. If I stay there again, I will definitely do that. And I would stay again. A few things to be aware of: it was not the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, but also not the worst. I would not say it was quiet--I could hear the footsteps of the people upstairs and conversations in the hall. Luckily, I was on east coast time, so I had been long awake by 7am, when people were having FULL VOLUME conversations out in the hallway. I suppose some folks are not aware of how sound travels.

My famil and I flew into Seattle a day before our Alaskan Cruise. We decided to stay here and had a wonderful time. Check in was simple and the staff was extremely pleasant - they even give you a voucher for a free drink! Our room was spacious and very clean. We saw the indoor pool - it was nice but didn’t use it. Also, in the lobby from 4:30-6:30 they set up free coffee and the most delicious butter cookies (shaped like pineapples)! They do offer a shuttle bus (for a fee) to the cruise port, but we chose to use an Uber. Check out was also a breeze - would definitely recommend this hotel!
