Nicely decorated bright great location with easy access.

The hotel is gorgeous and very clean. The pool is small but still refreshing. Wish there were more breakfast options.

Lots of personality and great service. A very unique stay with warm, personable staff and divinely comfortable beds. Definitely would come back.

Hotel staff was EXCELLENT! Right after booking, the hotel manager reached out to me (without me asking) and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay special. It was my fiancé's birthday, and they offered to put out some craft beer and chocolates for us. Right when we checked in they wished my fiancé a happy birthday, and as promised, in the room there was the beer and chocolates, as well as an awesome handwritten birthday card. They also were really awesome at giving suggestions about places to stay too. The hotel itself was great too. They have free bikes to rent and it's right in the middle of everything. 5-7 minute walk from Space Needle and Chihuly Glass Garden, and literally $12 Uber ride to anywhere you want to go in the city. They also have a free shuttle, but you'll have to call ahead to book it. Rooms are super comfy, nice shower/bathroom, and they have free popcorn, coffee, tea, and water in your room daily. Can't recommend this place any more highly and we would absolutely come back here should we ever go to Seattle again!

We have stayed at the Maxwell before. Our first surprise was the unexpected $40 charge for overnight parking. Compared to any other hotel I've stayed in recently, that's a lot. But the big surprise was an extra $20 "amenity charge" thrown in at the end. What was that for? Coffee in the room and my possible use of the pool. Really? This place nickel and dimes you to death. I'll never stay there again.

Within walking distance to many city attractions! 3 mile radius at most. Hotel also has fun perks for all ages as well!

Excellent location and service. Room very clean and comfortable

Quirky hotel with thoughtful design and amenities. Excellent location.

Nice hotel close to the Seattle Center. We were able to walk to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Olympic Sculpture Garden, and a lot more! Only catch, no hot breakfast before 10 am.

Great location! Easy walk to the Seattle center and convenient for pretty much everything else! Spacious clean rooms with super soft robes and slippers! Loved the espresso bar in the lobby, I wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Nice place but way to expensive - They really should have given a discount for all the construction that was going on in the lobby for the new restaurant.

Very cool, modern feel. Friendly staff. Great area, near good restaurants and activities.
