Great hotel and is centrally located to everything

We were very impressed with this hotel! It was very clean, the room was large, and all of the little imenities were a fabulous touch! We didn't have time In our stay to check out the pool or spa, but when we come back, we plan on checking them out!! We had a pretty cool view from the 7th floor too!

Stayed several days in an enormous suite with spouse and 8 year old son. We made daily use of the pool/hot tub and spa locker rooms. Nice central location.

Just a block from convention center. Quiet room. Nice decor.

Was in the king suite. Amazing! Had a huge bathroom and bathtub. Great view and spacious. It was perfect.

We were staying at another hotel that was higher priced but staff were rude so we changed hotels and we're very glad we did. From the time we came in to when we left hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Booked the hotel for New Years with a view come to the hotel they inform me there is no view from any of the hotel rooms we ended up on an alley side looking right into a office building and we got a flyer saying after the tower was built they have lost the view with apologize the flyer also informed that they have a right to control and charge for vine bottles, beer ,Champagne etc I don't remember exactly how much it was per can and bottle (I don't drink) but don't think thats right . Also the rooms where not stocked with any of the complimentary items when this was bought up with them we where told you have to ask for them that they do not keep them in the rooms any more. there is no outlet where the coffee maker is you have to carry it to the desk also no USB ports for charging the valet parking was a joke it took any were from 15-25 minutes to get your car when we came back to the hotel at 1am the valet person was ignoring us I finally asked him if he wanted me to leave the car running and at that point he came to park our car. When we check out that was when we waited for over 25 minutes for the car I guess they could not find my key the night person had left it in my car with all of his paper work

Walking distance of so many activities and the light rail.

We were very pleased with everything about the hotel including the restaurant. The staff from check- in to the staff who took care of our room was excellent. The friendliness and courteous manor in which we were treated was wonderful. I might also add that everyone was dressed in a manner that certainly portrayed a well managed hotel. All staff should be commended for a job well done. However, we were very dissapointed that we could not get the discount awarded to senior citizens, either using our AARP card or triple A. That was because the hotel was 90% full. I certainly will check this out the next time we travel, and perhaps would not have chosen the Hyatt at Olive 8. I was stationed at Ft Lawton 51 years ago for 2 years that is why I returned. I loved the City. Ft Lawton is now Discovery Park We went there two days and enjoyed the park

Very nice hotel right in the midst of everything that is downtown. Also in very close proximity to the Light Link for easy transportation to and from SeaTac airport. Room was very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again when I come through town.

I took my 13 year old son over to Seattle to watch a couple Mariner games. Being right in the middle of downtown Seattle was exciting! Everything was in walking distance; dining, shopping, transportation (light rail, bus & monorail). Since we were less than 3 blocks from the light rail, we never had to drive anywhere. Valet parking was $50 a night, but well worth the security. The entire staff (front desk, valet, concierge, barista, room service, etc.) was very friendly and accommodating. The pool and rec facility was great, very clean and well maintained. I have stayed at the Hyatt previously and will definitely return for another stay.

Stayed here after a 40 birthday party. Always clean, quiet and comfortable. Love Urbane's breakfast! I always try to stay here when I stay in Seattle!

the hotel was in the heart of downtown--- just a few short miles from Pike Market---

great hotel. friendly staff.room service was fabulous. room was very comfortable and clean. will be back!

Had a wonderful stay. Staff was super friendly. Facilities were nice. Hotel seems pretty family friendly. They also have a 'quiet floor' upon request.

Walking distance to great restaurants and pike place market. Walked to 24 Hour Fitness for a workout. Andrea taught a perfect flow yoga class in hotel. Cool weekend.

Hotel was nice and in a good location. The restaurant had a great happy hour. Dinners were priced a bit high. The biggest issue we had was that the bed was too soft and somewhat broken down.....need to replace

We were put in a room that had a pass way door to another room. We could hear everything going on in that room. Wish I had stayed home. Also our TV didn't work correctly and it took over an hour to get it fixed

Stayed for one night only but it was a good place!

Traveled for work and the hotel was great. Got the business class booking, which included hi-speed WiFi and a breakfast credit. Both were worth it. The staff was great. Don't have anything bad to say, really, other than it was a bit expensive in spite of the amenities.
