Mold in the room, terrible staff, vehicle broken in to, window busted out. Fire alarms in the middle of the night that was just again someone in the parking garage that shouldn't be there. I was told i was getting my money back but that hasn't happened yet.

The room and staff were great. The elevators were pure hell. Every elevator took forever to get to you and then when it did, it was already full. This was at all hours, not just high traffic time. During high traffic time people were standing in the lobby waiting for elevators for almost 20 minutes.

Very happy with our stay. Room was comfortable. Service was prompt and courteous. Pool and fitness facilities were excellent. Only note would be that the cafe service was very slow, 15-20min just for drip coffee. Would have been helpful to have additional staff on what appeared to be a very busy weekend.
