I had to stay at 1/3 smaller studio apartment first night because 1Bd apartment had smoke alarm issue. When I notified the issue, there was no explanation about the size difference. I had to take the offer because it was very last minute notification. The studio apartment didn't have an AC unit.

I had a great stay at Nick‘s property. The unit was clean and modern. The air conditioning was great on a hot day. The proximity to Columbia city and the light rail makes this a great spot to explore Seattle.

Great location

The location is fantastic, very close to the rail system to get most places be would go when visiting Seattle. Note ably if you fly in you can easily hop on the rail from the airport. In the neighborhood are restaurants and coffee shops.

This cozy townhome has it all! Immaculate, a well equipped kitchen, and a comfy bed. It's close to "downtown" Columbia City and it's very close to the Seattle light rail station. There is some construction nearby but it's Seattle and you'll find it everywhere. The host has provided lots of earplugs if the noise bothers.

Fantastic spot close to Seward park

Came down for a concert visit had some time to visit Seward Park and really enjoyed it really nice area easy access to downtown and south to Renton for shopping

Elegant and peaceful (from 3:30pm-7:30am)

Driving to the place from the airport, I was thinking it looked pretty “remote”, but it is very close to a great little shopping district with some really nice restaurants and coffee shops. There’s a construction site directly next to the unit so day napping requires noise-canceling ear buds.

Columbia City stay

Property and location were excellent! All of my needs were covered and communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. However, one thing about the property was unsettling. There is an "owners suite" on the lower level which has an opening into the same unit. The door is covered with some sort of a blanket and a sign that indicates it is alarmed. I don't know if there was anyone staying there and I could not see the door under the blanket. I really wanted to know that the door was locked from my side but I couldn't tell. It gave me a creepy feeling and I don't recall this information being included in the listing. For that reason alone, I would not stay in this property again.

The Best small property in Columbia City

A lot of thought went into the small details that made this a great stay experience, it was a very comfortable place to stay, everything we required was available, the host professional was easy to work with. We travel and stay in Columbia city 5 time a year and this is the best stay we have found, I defiantly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Columbia city.

Great spot for Colombia City

Great stay and perfect location for our plans. Walking to coffee - restaurants super easy. Only negative is very little room to park car. Very congested street but the home was perfect.

NOT A SEPERATED SPACE( OWNERS DOWNSTAIRS)

Stayed 2 nights and didn’t know until arriving that the owners lived downstairs. The only barrier between the you and the owners was a tarp that was attached by Velcro. There was a sign on the tarp that said “ do not enter or alarm will sound as this is the owner suite.” VERY CREEPY in the morning you could hear people talking on phone with profanity on the other side of tarp.Contacted property mgt but they did not respond or I guess care. Did not feel safe the entire stay. VRBOS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE YOUR OWN SPACE NOT SHARED!!

Immaculate and Spacious

This was a great space/rental. The location was perfect (quiet, convenient, nice neighborhood), the condo was extremely clean, and the price was fair. The kitchen had all you needed, but nothing extra - minimal dishes, limited coffee, etc.; since we didn't eat in, it was OK for us. The bed was not great, sunken in the middle, but all other amenities were very good. Everything looked exactly as pictured in the photos so no big surprises. The space is very light and bright which was lovely (except when we wanted to sleep a little longer). We would definitely stay here again, without hesitation.

Family Seattle Trip

This townhouse was just as listed and in a quiet suburb of Seattle city. The light railway is a 5 minute walk and takes you straight into the city. It is also close to all freeways to connect you to the wider Seattle. The accomodation is beautiful and all things thought of and provided. We used the pull out sofa bed and it was comfortable which was a great bonus. The whole place was very clean and nice white clean towels provided. We would definitely stay again.

Columbia City hidden gem

Modern, clean property, within walking distance to grocery and coffee/pastry shops. Be aware that there is quite a bit of traffic noise as a main road is behind the unit.
