Housekeeper kept waking me up from 8am and then every hour after that just so she could clean the room and check out wasn't til 11am
The actual hotel different than the picture orbitz post on the website. Very dissatisfaction with what I pay.
Old and dirty hotel with smelly hallways. Constant police sirens and people screaming at night. Hotel provides complimentary ear buds to block sound lol. AC was broken.
Great location and easy to reach via light rail!
Clean, comfortable room. Staff was a delight. Make sure you arrive during the day, downtown Seattle is a scary place at night. Nothing the hotel can do about that though.
It was good that they removed the man that had shot up outside the entrance....but that is Seattle right now. But inside walls are paper thin. The room they said I was getting online was not the room I was given, it was much worse than the online pic of the room I reserved. They say that you cannot smoke inside yet one of their staff opened a window on our floor and was smoking a joint right there in front of me LOL! Not vape but a stinky joint. I myself think it would have been kinder to go outside, it is Seattle the cops don't care they are to busy with the crime and drug epidemic and might even want some because one block away outside an extremely nice restaurant my husband covered my eyes as a man tried to expose himself to me and others. Back to the room it was small. I am 5ft5inch and my knees touched the wall when going to that bathroom. The tub was chipped up. Not kind of chipped but really bad, enough to hook the skin on your feet. Be prepared for subpar conditions and Seattle's issues, again not the Hotels fault just be ready. Used to work DT few years back and it was so much safer and beautiful. :(
Our room was dirty, gross and smelled of cigarettes. The front desk was clueless, rude and highly disorganized. Out tv didn't work, the mini fridge did not work and the toilet ran all night long. The ice machine were broken and the front desk refused to credit anything off our bill. Located in a terrible spot for Ubers to get to and in a very loud area. Keep looking, this place is terrible.
Nice property
Everyone else was spot on about the air conditioner not working great, everything seemed damp. But the shining light was the airplane toilets’ bigger cousin, that flushed with such force and loudness, you pretty much thought you were 30,000 feet in the air, with only a slightly larger bathroom.
Dirty smelly old ashtray in a terrible part of town. Unhoused drug addicts everywhere--we actually saw paramedics trying to revive an overdose victim a block from the hotel. Our room smelled terrible, bathtub dirty, door on bathroom didn't actually close--looked like an old smoked-glass shower door with no latch. Room was tiny--just beds. Hate to leave this negative review b/c staff was great, but stay anywhere else!
Nice enough but have to go down about 6-8 steps to get to elevator, not easy with a heavy suitcase...
Hotel is in a great location- close to everything. Check in was easy and room was very nice!
Great place to stay at in Seattle!
The room I choose was advertised as a king room with 290 sq ft. The room I got was no more than 200 sq ft and I'm being generous. The bathroom was so small I couldn't sit on the toilet without my knees touching the wall. The closet was big enough for only three shirts, no room for coats or anything. The room was clean but with carpet burns, and the sheets were stained. The area around the hotel has a lot of homeless people, one of them chased me one night. I'm so upset about the room being advertised falsely, I demand a partial refund.

Thank you for your feedback. The images reflect some of the rooms and the property prior to the Pandemic. We are in the process of renovating the hotel. We hope you can give us another change in the future. Sincerely, General Manager
