Easy walk to town and water front and stadiums. Rooms clean but really small. Beds comfy. Staff was great!

This hotel was not what we had expected - it was awesome! It is right across from the Seattle Public Library, close enough to walk to the Pikes Marketplace, which took only about 5-10 mins depending how fast you walk and very close to Seattle downtown as well. The hotel staffs are super duper nice and very accommodating. When we arrived early, they did not have a room ready for us so they suggested that we leave our bags to be checked for them watch over it. We left it there for about 3 hrs and when we called to check - our room was ready. The room was very nice - we had a corner room down the hall and had two separate "rooms" with a huge room. Each room had its own mini bathroom. The bathrooms are the main thing that bothered me because one of the bathroom doors was so difficult to open and closed due to how small it was and space that it was in. The beds were great for two people to sleep on it. Our trip had 4 people in all and it was enough space for us.

Staff was very professional and pleasant. Rooms are very small. Most have no view, just a wall to look at. Air conditioner did not work and it was one of the hottest days of the year. No water or soda machine or Continental breakfast. Lobby area is tiny as well. No place in bathroom to put your necessities, not even a tiny shelf. Cleaning staff did not come around until almost 5:00 pm. although the room was clean when we arrived.

The people at the front desk is pretty nice and help you so much

Nice hotel within walking distance to many popular attractions . Rooms were small but beautifully redecorated. Staff was,one of the best in the industry !!!

Rooms need a renovation, the carpets are dirty and everything is pretty old. A suggestion to the management: even if you can't avoid to assign someone to the room in front of the ice machine, it is probably a good idea not to give that room to clients staying 3 nights in your hotel

Hotel staff really made this hotel worth it. They were beyond accommodating and courteous. Hotel itself is in great location near everything. If you choose to stay in a city, it's always best to be able to walk everywhere. There could be some minor fixes to the rooms i.e. Doors didn't close for both bathroom and closet, not a deal breaker however, as I don't really spend much time in actual room, so I'll reiterate the fact that the staff has been just about the most pleasant I've dealt with on any of my many travels. Thanks again

I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered during my stay. There is a free wine social from 5-6 everyday, and the staff were more than happy to continually top off my glass...no skimping involved! My room was small, but the amenities and updated features of the bathroom and the large flatscreen tv more than made up for the size. I had a wonderful, relaxing two nights here and will certainly be staying again.

The room I stayed in was nice, but the bathroom was very cramped. Also, there was a fair amount of noise from other rooms. Otherwise the staff and facilities were lovely.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights; my room was small and didn't have a desk (which I'm getting used to in a lot of rooms by now). Bed was comfortable, service was prompt. Staff handled a fire alarm at 4 AM well! So my nights were satisfying and it was located a reasonable walk from the Convention Center where my meeting was held. Gelato downstairs was a plus. Complimentary bottled water, Keurig. The rate fit under the government per diem for Seattle, too. It would be nice if the rooms had a luggage rack.

Hotel staff was great, the room was clean and very comfortable.

Hotel is in a prime location for business or pleasure. I have meetings at city hall a few blocks away and this is the most cost effective place to stay. Great bar and restaurant onsite as well.

Poor amenities, not even a study table. I doubt the linen were washed as the sheets had hair strands. It was horrible.

A friend and I were visiting from the Midwest so we flew there instead of drove, therefore we didn't have a car. The hotel was in walking distance to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Also, the light rail was only about a half mile away so if we did want to explore outside of downtown area, we could (which there is so much to do there we didn't even need to do). Staff was friendly and helpful, our room was always cleaned right away and the bed was actually comfy. In the future, I would stay in a room with a "city view" or at least something that wasn't just staring at a brick wall.

This is our third time flying in to Seattle for a long weekend from Denver. We've always come back to the Executive. Small older hotel, but it always fits our needs. Rooms are small, but always clean and the front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful. The apples are always a plus!! Looking forward to our next trip.

My stay at the Executive Hotel in downtown Seattle was remarkably accommodating and unique. I enjoyed Complimentary Hour wine and Cafe Vovito. Everyone from the hotel staff to the staff at Cafe Vovito were immensely delightful. I'm ready for round two! ; )

The rooms are very small and remind me of an institution. However, it was clean and the staff was nice. A little overpriced for what you get but hey you're is Seattle

Beds are not great, mattress to old and hard. Room was cramped and the walls are paper thin, you can hear baby crying and everyones phone conventions at 5am.

Very modern facility and great location, but incredibly disappointing service, room size, and responsiveness.

Broken Toliet that leaked, caused a bad stinch, A/C that leaked that caused floor to be wet. Staff that threw personal belongs away. ( Bodywash and Loofah)

Hi and many thanks for the great review. I'm really happy you enjoyed your time with us. We all work hard to create a great experience for our guests. I understand the bathrooms are on the smaller side. Our hotel was built in 1928 and we have retained that vintage charm. It doesn't always suit everyone, but many people do enjoy the classic building style. We are working on renovating the property and maximizing the space we have. Thanks for taking time to leave a review. It is really important for us and for other guests looking to stay. We would love to welcome you back as our guest in the future. Take care.

Hello, Howard, and thanks for reviewing your stay with us. We were experiencing some issue with our HVAC during your stay, and I am so sorry you had to experience that. All of your points are well founded and I completely agree that we should have some vending machines or beverage station of some sort. It is candid reviews like these that guide us in the right direction. Thanks, again. I hope you think of us again the next time you're in the area. We would love another opportunity to impress you.
