The drain in the sink, it does not stay up right that the water won't go down the drain.

Awesome customer service. Old buiding needs a TLC, but i like the location. In a walking distance to a convenient store. Good place to buy souvenirs.

Older but very clean hotel in a good downtown location.

The room was way too small. There was no view and difficult to get to the elevators if you have a wheelchair. The fire alarm went off at 1130pm and we had to evacuate with mom who needs a chair. The elevators we're shut down. Not a good evening. Staff were wonderful. Way over priced for the quality.

The property was central to downtown and close to a lot of different bus lines and places to see. The rooms are small and bathrooms have little counter space. Our furnace/AC unit clicked loudly during the night

Beautiful staff member checked me in and made me fill very comfortable.

staff excellent. Rooms could use maintenance but staff easily switched us to a different room.

This is essentially a Third World property in the heart of Seattle. Rooms are small, cramped, dirty and dingy. Walls are paper thin and provide no privacy. Wifi is subject to frequent outages and isn’t very strong. I had to issue a complaint about music being blasted from the adjacent room at 5 am. The A/C only heats the room from October to May so in order to get any cooling you must open a window to let in fresh, cold air. And not so fresh odors as well as plenty of noise. While the front deak staff was exceptionally courteous and hospitable, that in itself is not enough to earn this poorly managed hotel even a minimal recommendation.

Property location is excellent. Staff are very kind and courteous. Rooms...well...there is no mention that the hotel is under construction in the booking. So the elevators and hallways were covered with construction tarp. My room was not recently updated. Mold in bathroom, toilet paper holder falling off wall, furniture in ill repair. Bed was comfortable. It is in need of desperate updating.

It is a great location, staff is courteous, the free wine hour lovely. My only complaint would be there was no spare blanket in our room.

This hotel has the best staff around. They were so accommodating to all needs. This hotel was located a quick walk from Pike Place Market and many of the downtown attractions. The room was clean and quiet. The place to eat downstairs was excellent and so was the service. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Their staff gets an A+++++.

Amazing hotel! And it's staff members, treat you like family.

Good location, old building, uncomfortable bed and very small Rooms

Great stay! Great location! We had a wonderful time meeting up with old friends.

Room had two beds but no desk or chair. Closet was very small. Shower was difficult to start. Because of an emergency, I could not stay for the last of three reserved nights but could not a get a refund.

The location is outstanding. It is near to absolutely everything. The staff members are more than accommodating. Love the happy hour daily between 5 and 6. We always meet GREAT new people there. The ONLY complaint was we did not have an "easy" chair in our beautiful room. My husband has a bad back and had no where comfy to sit. Apart from that this place rocks. Would thoroughly recommend.

Thank you for great rating despite the issues with the sink! Would you mind emailing me at opsmgr.seattle@executivehotels.net and letting me know what room you stayed in so we can get that fixed?

Thank you so much for this nice review, we are located in a historic building here in Seattle that opened in 1928 and we take great pride and passion in making sure she looks good no matter the age! Hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for the feedback. I am so sorry your stay was not comfortable. This is an older building, so one of our features is that we have a lot of different shapes and sizes of rooms. To accommodate a guest in a wheelchair, some of our rooms work better than others. We do our very best to make sure that when we know we have an arriving guest in a chair, we put them in a room well suited for that and it sounds like that did not happen in this case. I am also sorry the alarm went off the night you were here. Guest safety is very important and our alarm system does get tripped occasionally even when there turns out to be no fire. This causes the elevators to remain out of service until the alarm system is re-set. It is something we really cannot avoid. However, I know this is not an ideal situation and created a less than pleasant experience for you and you mom. I apologize that happened the night you were here and hope that you know it is rare. We would love to have you visit again.
