pros: 1. extremely helpful, nice, professional staff 2. clean hotel throughout and comfortable bedroom (stayed in a king size bed room) 3. in great lower Queen Anne neighborhood near restaurants, supermarkets, space needle, water front etc. 4. great view from rooftop cons: 1. construction noise during daytime even on Sat

Very good location! Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are really small and bathroom tight. Not for a big person.

Very clean & comfy. Perfect for my quick one night stay. Staff was friendly & very helpful.

I travelled solo. The location was perfect. Easy to get to from airport using light rail which only cost $3 and about 40 minutes. The rail is connected to the airport so just follow the signs. Get off University Exit. If you get lost just ask anyone for directions to the Central Library which is just beside the hotel. On the same street at the other side of the library is a drug store for anything you need(food, drinks, etc). Pike Place, Westlake center, waterfront are about a 10-15 min walk. As others have posted, the walk back to hotel is uphill. I took uber/Lyft fr the waterfront to the space needle and back to hotel which was inexpensive and well worth it in the cold weather. On the downside- yes, the bathroom is small but not a dealbreaker for me. If you are a large person, you will definitely feel cramped. Road noise was easily heard as my room was facing a main street.

My wife and I spent a week at the Executive Hotel Pacific and we had a wonderful time. The staff was always ready to help and were very courteous.

Our first trip to Seattle and were a little anxious. Super easy drive from the airport into the city/hotel. Parking in the hotels garage was extra but well worth not having to worry about finding parking. (On a side note: next visit we will not rent a car. The city is VERY walkable and UBER is everywhere if you want to go anywhere else) Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy but very small. We had a king size bed which took up most of the room. Honestly though this didn't bother us a bit. We were out and about majority of the day anyways. The bathroom was tiny so make sure to plan for only one person in the bathroom at a time. This hotel is all about the location! Right in the middle of the city, close to restaurants, stores and the market is about a 6 minute walk. Highly recommend and will be visiting again!!

Very small bathroom, no countertop space. Small room left no space for anything besides a small desk and chair.

Tiny room. Toilet did not flush properly. Carpets had stains. The room looked tired and old. Walls had scuff marks and paint chipping. The best part of this hotel is how nice the staff is and the location. Right downtown and close to tourist attractions such as the art museum and pike place. Not worth the price for what you get. I'd maybe stay there in a pinch but probably not.

Convienenly located, within walking distance of so much. Would definitely stay her again.

Great location right downtown about 12 minute walk from pike street market. Very friendly staff. Great bar and grill happy hour.

This hotel has very small rooms. They have been remodeled but the property is really pretty basic. Our room had a moldy bathroom ceiling and door knobs that we're falling off. There is no desk or table and no room for any! The only thing it has going for it is the location near downtown sights and transit. We were disappointed because we paid a lot and thought we were getting a luxury hotel suite. Not!

Easy walk to town and water front and stadiums. Rooms clean but really small. Beds comfy. Staff was great!

This hotel was not what we had expected - it was awesome! It is right across from the Seattle Public Library, close enough to walk to the Pikes Marketplace, which took only about 5-10 mins depending how fast you walk and very close to Seattle downtown as well. The hotel staffs are super duper nice and very accommodating. When we arrived early, they did not have a room ready for us so they suggested that we leave our bags to be checked for them watch over it. We left it there for about 3 hrs and when we called to check - our room was ready. The room was very nice - we had a corner room down the hall and had two separate "rooms" with a huge room. Each room had its own mini bathroom. The bathrooms are the main thing that bothered me because one of the bathroom doors was so difficult to open and closed due to how small it was and space that it was in. The beds were great for two people to sleep on it. Our trip had 4 people in all and it was enough space for us.

Staff was very professional and pleasant. Rooms are very small. Most have no view, just a wall to look at. Air conditioner did not work and it was one of the hottest days of the year. No water or soda machine or Continental breakfast. Lobby area is tiny as well. No place in bathroom to put your necessities, not even a tiny shelf. Cleaning staff did not come around until almost 5:00 pm. although the room was clean when we arrived.

The people at the front desk is pretty nice and help you so much

Nice hotel within walking distance to many popular attractions . Rooms were small but beautifully redecorated. Staff was,one of the best in the industry !!!

Rooms need a renovation, the carpets are dirty and everything is pretty old. A suggestion to the management: even if you can't avoid to assign someone to the room in front of the ice machine, it is probably a good idea not to give that room to clients staying 3 nights in your hotel

Hotel staff really made this hotel worth it. They were beyond accommodating and courteous. Hotel itself is in great location near everything. If you choose to stay in a city, it's always best to be able to walk everywhere. There could be some minor fixes to the rooms i.e. Doors didn't close for both bathroom and closet, not a deal breaker however, as I don't really spend much time in actual room, so I'll reiterate the fact that the staff has been just about the most pleasant I've dealt with on any of my many travels. Thanks again

I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered during my stay. There is a free wine social from 5-6 everyday, and the staff were more than happy to continually top off my glass...no skimping involved! My room was small, but the amenities and updated features of the bathroom and the large flatscreen tv more than made up for the size. I had a wonderful, relaxing two nights here and will certainly be staying again.

The room I stayed in was nice, but the bathroom was very cramped. Also, there was a fair amount of noise from other rooms. Otherwise the staff and facilities were lovely.
