Staff was never helpful. No service to speak of. They don’t clean the room, change the sheets, empty the trash or bring fresh towels unless you request it for an additional $40 per day. Room is very small, water pressure is non existent and the lobby if old and tired.

The staff was great, the location was perfect, the room was definitely dated, they try their best, but it’s definitely dated to some people’s liking. But for the cost and quality it was fine for us. It was safe and the room was clean

Stayed twice for one night in just 3 days. Rooms are compact, but comfortable. On one stay had a shower rather than a bath tub wich was very welcome. Beware that the elevators in the lobby are six steps below the main entrance. There is no ramp to roll your luggage nor, in my case, my walker. Had to ask for assistance from hotel staff to carry luggage and walker up and down stairs.

With everything automated it was hard to figure out where to park, then to only have a limited space to park by the hotel to get parking pass and info. Then to get to hotel parking was difficult as well. Room is basic nothing special. Was nice to get a discount at the bar but bad and slow service there.

Good Bed, clean room and bathroom, the walls are thin 'tho. I heard a dog barking for 2 hrs, so I guess they let pets in there to stay too. I would stay again. Excellent location, it really can't be beat for that alone. Everything significant is in a 5 to 10bmin walking range.

Our group booked 4 rooms and we all stayed for one night. Our room was fairly clean but outdated and smelled musty. It's good for 1-2 nights maybe a bit longer if you're not picky. What this hotel has going for is the location, value, and customer service.
