Firstly, this review is not directed towards the staff. Only my room and experience in it. As soon as I got off the elevator I knew it was going to be very mid level — from the smell and condition of the carpet and the dated design. In no particular order.. • The bathroom sink had visible hair on it. • The toilet was clearly not for an adult and it was sandwiched in between the wall and the tub. With a public toilet handle. • The vanity was weathered and cracked. • The sink faucet lever was chipping the frame of the mirror. • The bedside clock was wrong. • Only one of the two bedside lamps worked. • The lock was a CHAIN and missing screws. • I tried to turn the air conditioner on 65 and nothing but hot air came out. • Generally crusty bathroom/room finishes. • The tub stopper was literally unattached. • The hotel does not have its own parking or valet. You have to pick a garage And I’m sure more hotels are doing this now, but I just do not like kiosk check-in. Why does everything have to be automated? It should be either/or, not only. My stay was one night and I was trying to treat myself to a reasonably priced hotel and have a night out. Things looked decent on the web and the original reviews I saw had good ratings. I sincerely don’t know how. Unfortunately, I will never stay here again. It would be better to spend $50 more and stay at a reliable brand name (Marriott, Hilton, Embassy, etc..) where they will at least have adult sized toilets.

There was an empty alcohol bottle in our room when we arrived. The walls are paper thin and we could hear every word of the party happening next door. Very small rooms, but comfortable enough.

Staff was never helpful. No service to speak of. They don’t clean the room, change the sheets, empty the trash or bring fresh towels unless you request it for an additional $40 per day. Room is very small, water pressure is non existent and the lobby if old and tired.

Rooms are small, the air/heater unit in room is from the 90’s and didn’t work, window doesn’t open. So plan for room to get steamy and musty after a shower due to it being a closed box. Location is great 10 min walk to pike place. Not very handicap accessible as the elevator to room is only accessible by stairs.

Should offer room cleaning, not for $40. At least empty trash bins and provide new towels and take old ones. Staff was excellent. Parking should be way more affordable too. Thank you for the free waters everyday.

You get what you pay for. These rooms are tiny. Restrooms are tiny as well. The noise is UNBEARABLE from the street. We sleep an hr at a time. There are a lot of homeless that come out at night and are super loud.
