Everything was amazing from check-in to check out. The process was very smooth. It was very convenient to a lot of things like the stadiums, the trains and the buses. The views were absolutely amazing and the staff was very friendly! We particularly enjoyed the amazing breakfast options and the afternoon happy hours. Highly recommend this hotel, definitely would stay here again!

Hotel service was terrible. I've stayed at several embassy suites and this location was by far the worse. I don't want to waste anymore of my time on this hotel. Especially after paying nearly $2000

I usually love staying at an Embassy Suites, but this time wasn’t great. Mostly the issues were in the bathroom. The door was loud and clunky, hard to close and impossible to do quietly. In the shower was a shelf that was falling off the wall and the shower door water deflector was almost completely off the door. The shampoo and body wash in the shower were also empty. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the evening reception was decent. I will probably stay here again, but will likely make sure to go with an upgraded room. The standard room was a disappointment and falling apart.
