Amazing stay! Super clean, friendly staff, spacious rooms with views! Despite pandemic, they couldn’t do any better!

The hotel is nice and convenient to the stadium. But, as for parking. They do not have a parking lot. You have to park in a garage. Even if you park and leave the car there for more than one day. It is a running charge. 24 hrs. is $40.00. If you leave it there for two days it doubles and so forth . They do not have Valet parking either. Not happy with that.

Hotel was clean all staff were very friendly. Close to all of the sites we wanted to visit

Very close to stadiums and International Market. Rooms clean, good breakfasts. Staff accommodating. Parking is an issue. Expensive or have to pay every 2 hours if on the street.

The hotel itself was great. We appreciated them accommodating on room change request after checking in. Due to the crazy times, you just aren't truly able to enjoy any amenity. The area looked like a deserted war zone but the waterfront was a short walk and mostly open.

everything was so clean and friendly, good location

Very generous happy hour on New Year’s Eve, very comfortable bed-everything extremely clean.

I loved the property itself. The parking on site was way too expensive, that was the only down fall

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location, many amenities.

My very expensive electric razor came up missing from my room. I'd like to think it was by accident, maybe got into some towels. I informed management, Emily. I filled out a form with security. Two days later I was told they would replace the razor. I gave them all the information to order it from Best Buy. I still haven't received the Razor one week later. When I call to talk with Emily, several different times of the day, I'm told she's not there and I can't get a return call. I am not letting this go unsolved, this is a $250.00 Razor that wasn't even a year old.

The property was very nice. However, the room I booked was disappointingly small. I did book one of the lower rates; maybe I should have read the description more carefully.

Modern and clean room with great view of city and waterfront. Very nice buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.

The description of the suite said 2 queen size beds but they were more like 2 full beds.

I don't like the fact that you put a $50.00 hold and my card for 3 to 7 days. That should disappear the minute I check out.i also think $55.00 a night is ridiculous!

liked the room and location. the food included not

A very nice place and profession staff. The only criticism was the buffet that was very busy to get a special order.
