Good location and amenities. We stayed 1 night as my daughter was taking the SAT exam early next morning (on site). The front desk staff were extremely unfriendly and rude, from check-in through check-out. No greeting, rude responses, and were very unhelpful/unprofessional. The valet staff were not much better. The room was dusty and the bedsheets were stained. Bathroom toiletries were almost empty (large refillable bottles). I live in Seattle area and will never stay here again or recommend to anyone!

Lobby was nice snd essy to walk through things. Rooms are dated.

It's only a few minutes to walk to Pioneer square. The many restaurants within half a mile

This hotel is not good. It looks nice but once you get in it sucks. The beds are terrible. Very hard and the pillows are practically non existent -lumpiest pillow I've ever used and the flattest pillow I've ever used. No fitted sheet so the sheet and mattress cover kept moving around and was lumpy all night. Room service sucks. Our hotel phone was not working so we had to call on our cell's phones. They have like two different breakfast options and pastries. The menu was so tiny I was like this must be a mistake. No just a terrible menu. Toast is an extra five dollars. The room service is complete garbage. Came in boxes and bags and was the same price as normal room service (aka expensive!). They gave us one fork to eat two breakfasts so my husbands breakfast got cold waiting for them to bring another fork. I know room service is expensive but I think for 300 a night u can give me a piece of toast. You have to pay extra to have room service delivered um isn't room service supposed to be in your room and delivery price is already factored in...why would I want to pick it up ...I have literally had better breakfasts at the lobby buffet at Hampton inns. If you are not gonna have real room service you should tell people that you are offering limited services so they can make educated decisions. If they had told us our food comes in boxes and bags we would not have ordered it for 70 bucks. pool was busy and dirty. Elevator did not work at some point.

Very clean & close to Market & Pier 66, where we left for our cruise. We walked to both & took the train from SeaTac $3.50 each person… what a deal!

Great

Great place to stay at. Loved it!

everything it’s awesome in this hotel that’s why i keep coming back!

I was not given any information at check in, I did not know about the breakfast on the 32nd floor until after it was over, I had to ask about the museum offer, no info given about the pool or fitness room. The last time we stayed here it was during covid and there were a lot of restrictions in place. Spent money purchasing breakfast.

I love staying at the Sheraton due to its great location. Close to the theaters, shopping, restaurants and parking is convenient. Our room was right off Pike street so you could hear the steet noise, however I did not mind it. The staff was very friendly at check in and love that there is a Starbucks on site.

Great area. Litteraly a 10 min walk to pikes. This is my 3rd time staying here and ill continue to do so.
