The lobby was very nice. My room was not nice. The bed was very uncomfortable and you could feel springs in the mattress. The bedding had stains on it and smelt funny.

Nice central location
Nice hotel by the convention center. Came for work. Central location. 10-15 min from Pike Place Market. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Felt safe during the day and early evening. Lot of homeless individuals around so not sure I’d venture out too late by myself. Lots of security on the streets, but still. Hotel itself is very nice, clean, friendly staff. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was nice and clean. Roomy restroom. Nice sofa by the window. Plenty of lighting. Bed not to soft, but not too firm either. Nice sized closet. Has a small fridge. Complimentary bottle of water on arrival. Only complaint is the tissue paper and toilet paper is very thin. I understand they’re trying to be eco-friendly, but if I have to use twice as much paper is it really eco-friendly? Starbucks in the lobby which was very convenient. Ordered on app in am and was ready by the time I went down for pick up before I went to the convention center. Parking is 65/night so a bit steep. Only ate a the fountain the first night I was there. Very good salad and clam chowder. Would recommend.

It was wonderful staying at the Sheraton. One BIG ISSUE I have is with ADA accessibility. The door area on the north near the restaurant does not have an electronic door opening. Once in side there is a very little elevator that was always locked. There is a phone there to call someone, but what a waste of time. The Sheraton can do better than this - especially after you remodeled the restaurant. Really, you can do better than this.

Sheraton grand is just all right for the high cost. It cuts a few corners. Like double beds instead of queen beds, and very scratchy bath towels. $15 per day for in-room wifi is outrageous when every other hotel has it included. Gym is nice and large. Pool is okay. Wish they had sauna or hot tub for adults. We also appreciated the in room microwave but the fridge was small. Garage Parking for 4 days cost me $140. That’s insane.
