As expected, being in the city, parking will be a toss up. They have a lovely easy accessible valet in the front of the hotel, but street parking can be limited. I would totally do the valet, it’s valid 24-hrs and have valet available anytime. How this helps!

Modern, contemporary hotel with a great location near the I-5 freeway, the water front and downtown Seattle. I was greeted by and assisted by Aster. Quick and efficient check in process. License and credit card. I love the level of security regarding entry to the elevators and rooms. The room key is the only way to access elevators. My room was 3160 with a city view, just like I booked. I had a very spacious room that was very comfortable and clean. Near spotless and well maintained! The hotel offers a nice restaurant called The Elevation. Simple but varied menu and a nice bar. They also offer valet parking, the hotel also is right off a stop for the light rail. I very much enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Con: hotel restaurant does not offer lunch service and tacks on a mandatory 18% service charge, leaving confusion about tipping... if you tip15-20% then expect sticker-shock at your total meal and bar bill.
