Front desk and house keeping staff are very friendly. Only concern is the noise from other room or the hallway. you can hear the sound of other rooms water running and people talking in the hallways. Other than that, it’s pleasant to stay.

Replaced hot comforter with light blanket but staff put comforter back on daily. Not a scrap of notepaper or pen on the desk. Locked doors on one side of hotel so only entrance requires managing unloading on an incline. Super expensive but no pool and distant from shopping. Adjacent to noisy freeway. View of garbage filled homeless camps from window. Pillows to torment an arthritic neck. No microwave. Housekeepers unable to comprehend English. Heaving, sticking sliding door to BR.
