I dont know why, but the sheets seemed scratchy this time. I was having a hard time sleeping so every irritant was magnified. Especially the noise from the alley. I would still recommend for business or leisure.

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful and reasonably priced. A good area to stay with night life and cafés close at hand. Surrounding areas does have its rougher edges, but nothing that ever felt threatening or unsafe. A good place all round.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, great location for staying before or after a cruise, the shuttle to the pier was great and easy, and the arrangement of a car to the airport was convenient and about the same as an Uber or taxi but more efficient and they set it all up for us! The rooftop lounge was a great way to relax before the cruise and it was easy walking distance to the pier and Pike Place Market. Would definitely stay there again.

I really appreciate the wonderful customer service from Monisha as she went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy my room preferences even though the hotel was sold out. She was great! The area outside the hotel is crowded with street people at all hours of the day and night but the hotel is safe as it has security. All of downtown Seattle has problems with street people so this is not something you can avoid.

Was pleasantly surprised at how cute this little Inn is. The staff was super friendly. Awesome rooftop. Elevator took a long time and made weird noises so we took the stairs mainly. Close to so many things but once it gets dark out, the streets are sketchy.
