The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very small room. Had a little kitchen area with sink, microwave & little refrigerator with a good small freezer (no dishes or utensils). Updated bathroom but it was very small. Didn’t feel safe walking in the area & not many places in area to eat (except bars etc). Staff was friendly, helpful in giving directions & calling cab etc. There is a Whole Food store within about 10 blocks.

The hotel itself is great, room is on the smaller side but the bed was comfy. The staff is friendly and checking in and out were accomplished quickly. The area is not unique to Seattle and has a lot of homeless as well as garbage on the sidewalks. During the day it's not too bad at all but at night transforms into an entirely different vibe.

Didn’t meet our expectations for the $ spend.

Bed and pillows were soooo comfortable! Coffee maker, microwave and refridgerator were a plus! The windows need sheer curtains so you can open the shade without feeling like you're visible to everyone.

It’s just a small step up from the homeless people sleeping outside the hotels front door

Location was excellent

The rooms are nice modern and clean. The only thing is the roof patio need more attention an extra garbage can or a bigger one. The Cushing on the patio furniture were dirty and old and some people that were using the furniture did not clean after they were use The tables were sticky. I have to bring my own cleaning supplies to clean and disinfected it

I checked into the hotel and was given a key. The room was occupied when I walked into it. This could have been a dangerous situation at 12:30am. Luckily it was not, but this should never happen.

The properly had a perfect location, 10 mins from either pikes place market or the space needle. The room was affordable, clean, and had a lovely style.

They have free bikes, which is incredibly unusual for a hotel.

I thought the staff was amazing! I had to deal with Manny and they were all incredibly nice. I love the rooftop. Very beautiful the rims were great. Small but nice. I did try to go to a gym. I wish the hotel had a relationship with a gym. They said they used to but don’t anymore. Lots of great restaurants on second St.

Belltown Inn was a perfect quick stay. Surroundings are a but sketchy, but thats not their fault

The staff was welcoming and understanding with my arrival time of ~ 6am

The hotel was remodeled. The first room I tried was stinky overwhelming with febreeze. The second smelled like marijuana and had baking soda all over the floor. The third was fine. The front desk staff were helpful and nice, I only stayed one night. The hotel is across the street from a sort of park / bus stop where homeless congregate, and they will hassle you. Overall not what I was looking for.

They offer free bikes for guests

Wonderful hotel located nicely that's within walking distances of mainly popular spots. Will definitely stay again and recommend. 24/7 rooftop access was the icing in the cake. Good views.

Hotel is great, clean, comfortable. Staff extremely friendly, super helpful. Unfortunately it's located deep into homeless territory which stopped us from exploring at night.

Hi Gregory, We're glad that you enjoyed our hotel and its amenities. Unfortunately, as with most major cities Seattle has seen a spike in the homeless population since the pandemic. We have been doing what we can to lobby our local governments to take action, and the city of Seattle is doing the best they can. Regardless, we are glad to hear that you were able to enjoy your time downtown!

Hi Larry, Thank you for your feedback. During a busy cruise season, prices for hotel rooms are inflated as there is an increased demand for places to stay before going on cruises or for vacations in general. We are a small, boutique hotel in the heart of downtown, and pride ourselves on our hospitable staff. While we may not be the hotel for you, we hope that you were still able to enjoy your time in Seattle!

Thank you for your feedback, Sonia. We are glad to see you enjoyed your room. Our housekeepers do an amazing job at maintaining the building. The roof deck is typically cleaned in the morning and then periodically cleaned throughout the day. We apologize if this may have caused you discomfort, which we did not intend. We will be making changes in the future to better the space on the roof so please come back to see us again. We look forward to your next visit to Seattle. Very Respectfully, Samson G. I'm terribly sorry this happened to you, and I hope your stay with us and visit to Seattle was pleasant regardless. Travel safely and kindly, Caitlin Boyer - GM
