This hotel is convenient to various dining options and located on a main bus transit line, making it convenient for public transit. Most likely this is the reason others have commented on street noise, but if you can get a room facing the center courtyard it's actually quite quiet. The room was very clean and serviced well every day. Shower water pressure, spray, and temperature were all excellent. There is a/c in the room; not sure why others stated that there is none. Unfortunately the a/c blows right on the desk/work area so it can get unexpectedly cold while working. Staff were very professional and helpful, and worked hard to resolve an issue that I encountered.

Ok at a reasonable price compared to other options. Located on busy 3rd ave. with a lot of local characters hanging out on the street.

The staff was very helpful and friendly with bags, transportation, laundry. the room was comfortable and pleasant although not luxurious, but they don't claim to be a luxury hotel. It was in an excellent location for the things we wanted to do and the places we wanted to go.

I initially reviewed this hotel as horrible but I have to admit that by the end of our trip I changed my mind. The location is great but you have to make sure they don't put you in the room that overlooks the noisy street. When I complained how noisy it was, the staff immediately made some changes and put us in a better room. Overall hotel was good, staff was nice and the location was excellent.

This hotel is in a great location. Be prepared to pay a little extra for parking off the street. Very close to many Seattle attractions and restaurants. Loved the roof top deck at the end of a long day sightseeing.

sound from the streets ( even ear plugs provided). Small rooms and a sense of not clean at 400 per night. Skectchy neighborhood....awful

We had a great stay at Belltown Inn. It was close to the sights, good food near by.The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable. The noise wasn't bad at night even though you're not far from the street. Downside was the amount of people right across the street that seemed to be under the influence of drugs. Overall a great hotel for the price. Will be staying here again!

I came here on business and mostly selected this hotel due to price and location. Staff is friendly, hotel is old but in nice condition. It is a small hotel, but just fine.

From the time we walked thru the door until we left, it was all amazing. Friendliest staff and I was so excited to finally come across a hotel that has big enough towels for the bathroom/shower.

Very accommodating hotel, they let us store our luggage for most of the day while we explored the market, thank you again!!

The gentleman who helped us check-in was very cordial and helpful. There isn't actual parking on-site, but they do have a parking garage about 1/2 a block away from the hotel which you can use for $20.00 per night.

This isn't a fancy hotel. But it was clean, the staff was super helpful, and the location, in Belltown, is excellent. Lots of good places for food, coffee, and drinks. And good access to public transport. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Seattle.

Room was great, and staff were excellent. My only negative is that the wi-fi in my room was occasionally non-functional.

We decided on this hotel because of the location. Parking is difficult and the rooms are tiny. When we first walked into the room we immediately smelt mildew. Later discovering a part of the carpet was SOAKING wet.

Seriously such a gem! The rooms are very clean and ... cozy... and by cozy I mean small. What it lacked in spaciousness however, it made up for in location. Everything is in walking distance. A 5 minute walk in one direction will get you to the space needle, and a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction will get you to the pike place market. In addition to all of those positive aspects, the staff was exceptional. They were helpful and welcoming. What more can you ask for?

Love this hotel, good location, within walking distance of downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Market located across the street so it was very convenient if you needed snacks/drinks, anything you would need. Cafes & restaurants close to the hotel. I would definitely stay again, See you next year.

Great Location! Very nice staff! They held my luggage safe on our checkout day so we could get one more day of site seeing without having to move around with luggage. Nice and Clean. Snack in the room. Great price.

This hotel is is in a great location if you're in Seattle for a baseball or football game. Close to the waterfront and walking distance to the stadium
