This hotel is as close as you'll get to the Space Needle/Seattle Center! We had a great view of the Space Needle from our room. The bed was super comfortable and the room as nice and clean. I didn't want to leave! It had everything we needed for our family including a crib, microwave, and refrigerator. Breakfast was hot and delicious every morning. Offsite parking is available over at the Hyatt Place down the street which is nice if you're trying to save a little bit of money ($10/night compared to parking onsite which was about $30/night). However, we couldn't find parking on two of the nights because the garage was completely full. We ended up parking on the street and then running out before 8am to move our car before the ticketing period started. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here!

The staff seemed frazzled (perhaps short staffed) They were nice enough but they didn’t seem to have any management support to get done what they needed to The elevator was broken had to walk the stairs with bags. The room had no TV remote and it took 2 hours to get one. The area around the hotel is only convenient to the needle and the museums otherwise it is not near anything interesting not much dining etc.

I didn't like I was on the third floor looking five feet from the monorail. I understand being placed there if they were booked solid. If not this room should be left for the end. Fourth floor would have been nice so I could have left the shade up. Also I had a beer charged to my room that we did not order. It was taken care of at the desk. Glad I checked before I had checked out on my phone.

Nice hotel with excellent free breakfast. Very good location

The staff is amazingly friendly. The breakfast is outstanding. You are literally across the street from the Space Needle.

Great stay rooms were spacious. Only complaint is not enough parking keys and parking spaces were very small and narrow.

The room was very spacious. Glad we got the room with the kitchen and separated living room. Large bathroom area. Powered blinds in the living room. I didn’t like the broken elevator that would only take you down to the garage and not up further than the lobby. This was needless and cumbersome to guests that were handicapped as they could not use the ladder wells.

Lets hope they are short staffed. Very dirty floors, walls, elevators. The bed and bathroom was very clean but the floors and carpets were below the Hyatt standards

Location was very nice. Wifi was terrible and in 5 days no room service to clean the room was provided

I love the location of this property! The staff is great and their communication and attention to detail makes for a great stay. Covid means no good food and limited hours so that's a downside. Also the bed isn't the most comfortable. Other than that great sta you.

Great front desk service. Also when we ran out of towels and they were short-staffed, the security gaurd brought them to us. Team player! Overall great stay!

Good location. Had a great time.

Great location! It was right in front of the space needle. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and I felt safe.

The majority of the staff was very helpful. One staff member was not helpful when asked for assistance regarding internet connection. They blamed me/type of phone as reason I had connection problems. Another was not familiar with the area or even know the names of the streets the hotel was on. Good location and access to public transportation.

Amazing view of the Space Needle = great location! Staff was quick to respond to any additional needs, questions, or requests. Great grab and go breakfast.
