There were rats there The service was terrible The food was horrible The location was sketchy The room was dirty

This place was really gross. Cigarette burns in the comforter and a half flushed condom in the toilet. I literally checked in and found myself a different hotel and left immediately.

Clean, nice shower and big fridge and tv, comfy bed

Location location location Plenty of parking Coffee really good

It's not fancy, but it's safe, clean, and well priced. This was my third or fourth stay here. I'll be back again.

Great room for the amount we pay. Also really closed to the downtown area which is really convenient.

This was my second stay. Last month I found them via the Orbitz app. What appealed to me is that in the price range, I didn't see the sketchy reviews that one usually sees with similar properties. The neighborhood feels safe and the motel is well maintained. Not only would I recommend it to others, I liked it enough to come back. The pancake machine is cool. Also, there is a decent bakery nearby. I believe there's a 24hr Jack in the Box down the street if you need some late-night food. Give this place a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Friendly staff, no weird smells, comfortable beds. There's nothing bad I can say about this motel, other than the area it's in. Industrial area, confusing streets. Other than that, it was fine, especially for what we paid.

Of course I read reviews before booking this hotel. There are many times that I just want a place to sleep, no frills necessary. For our first night we decided to just book this hotel/motel and then see what we wanted to do the following nights. For the price we paid, we got what we expected. Actually, things were better than the reviews led us to believe. They've been doing some remodeling: new carpet and looks like the bathroom and sink were redone. Nothing fancy, but clean and functional. The bed was fine. You may want to bring an extra pillow if you need some neck/head support. The service wasn't bad. The man at the front desk was businesslike and somewhat friendly. He let us check in early; it was fast and easy. We dealt with other people as well. Again, not particularly friendly, but not rude or hostile either. Just businesslike. The location is good for the price. It's 4 miles from Pike Place Market; you won't want to walk. There are bus stops about 3 and 4 blocks away. Quick & easy walk to either. The area is an industrial area that looked a little sketchy. During the day was fine. At night, we didn't see or encounter anyone when we were returning to our room from the bus stop. If on a tight budget, this place will work. Get an Orca daily pass for $8 or just plan to stay downtown all day, and only return to the room to sleep. We decided to pay twice as much for the remainder of our trip to stay at a nice hotel downtown.

You get what you paid for. Its located in an industrial area. The rooms and cleanliness were ok, nothing special. The other guests seemed a little shady.

They charged me and I didn't even sign in. Wouldn't even give money back.

It was advertised as queen bed with kitchenette. The bed was maybe a double - if not smaller but def not a Queen. It’s january and it had one tiny blanket and one sheet on it. The “kitchenette” was a microwave in the bathroom. We were sleeping at 10:30 am when maid staff knocked on the door and woke us up. After repeatedly saying through the door were not ready for maid service and not to come in she just opened the door and walking in on us in bed. Why? She spoke NO English but at the very least could hear we voices to acknowledge we were in there so why would she walk in on us. Terrible hotel, waste of points.
