This is an older but well kept hotel. Everything was great except a street car or trolley that kept coming by late into the night and early morning making noise.
Room was large but somewhat sparcely furnished. Fridge but no microwave. Pricey for a motel, but it is the only hotel/motel in West Seattle.
This property was clean, well-run, and an excellent value. I stayed at this place while the city was closed down for weather and even though this was the last room available on Orbitz in the entire city, they did not gouge us for profit. We got this room at the standard rate. This level of honesty should be rewarded and I highly recommend this property.

It was definitely not at the level or condition of quality I would have wanted for the money we spent. The bed was hard with lumpy pillows. The room was musty with mold atound the windows when we checked in. One of the key cards didn't work. For the price, it really should have been in much better condition. The staff were really nice, and the location was nice, but they need to replace the windows in the units and get new air condioners. The popcorn ceiling was quaint, but really needs to be removed. The water came out if the tap brown with low pressire. Seattle has excellent tap water, so this was all abput their plumbing. If it had been $40/night, I would get all of this, but for fpur times that much, it's just not acceptable.
Only hotel in West Seattle so little choice. It was clean. Pretty run down area, so no amenities. Hotel amenities were marginal at best. Breakfast was limited and stale.

The hotel may have been overpriced for it's appearance, figured it would make up in the continental breakfast. Nope, the breakfast was not worth it either.
Our room was not clean and the beds were very uncomfortable
Being the only hotel in West Seattle must be why they are charging what they charge. I’m my mind I have an idea of what I get when I pay 60,100 or 200 dollars per night. The price I paid for this stay was not justified. Nothing bad happened, but next time I’ll stay else where.
