> This is a smoke-free and cannabis-free home, which not only means we do not allow smoking in the house, but also near the house or any sort of smells. Please book a cannabis-friendly home instead. To ensure safety and quality, parties and events at this home are strictly prohibited.
> We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)
> The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $15 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. VRBO should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".
> Pets are welcome! Please note we charge $150/pet per stay!
> We are also located close to a greenbelt/neighbors' backyard. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.
> If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.

* QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM * Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!
* NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS* We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)
* TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS * Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
* LOST & FOUND * Please double-check that you have all personal belongings before you leave! If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions: - We do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them. - If found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs. - Lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.

Great place!
This is a great spot in a nice neighborhood. Our family made lots of wonderful memories in Seattle. Public transportation was pretty easy from here. We loved having the pool table!Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you!!
