Great hotel right next to Pike Place and public transit. Clean. Nice rooms and shower. The staff also set this place apart. Everyone was very welcoming and it made me feel at home. I will definitely book here next time I am in town

The property was so unique. My husband described it as hipster. Very cool place. The staff was young and fun. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel. I felt it was a little pricey for what it was, but it was quite good. We chose to stay there because we were going on a cruise the next day. The location was perfect for that. We actually walked to the ship with our luggage. All downhill! Lol!

Just terrible and worst service ever seen!

We had a room right at the elevator. Too loud to sleep. Ridiculous to rent something like that. After we complained, we were told that although six rooms were available the next day, they couldn't guarantee that we'd be able to move. We checked out and chose another hotel. Terrible!

Cute lobby, but room and service failed

Mediocre at best. WiFi was worthless. AC barely worked. I called about both and they just apologized. They were out of room coffee pods for at least a couple days. That was probably the most irritating. It’s not too hard to send someone next door to the Target to pick up some replacements. I certainly would have if I’d known their lobby coffee shop wasn’t open until late AM. Loved the lobby, which is why we picked it. We stay in the area regularly but won’t be picking this spot again.

Area was great, staff was great, room itself was nice. But the bathroom sink didn't drain properly and the water would completely shut off repeatedly while showering.

Th propery was in an excellent location. The room was comfortable. Unfortunately my bathroom sink drain was clogged and the electric wiring was questionable. Only one socket worked on two of the electric outlets. When I plugged in the hairdryer lights would suddenly turn bright in the bathroom and then go dim again, even though the hairdryer was not turned on. When I did turn the hairdryer on again, the lights in the bathroom would go bright and then go down again, as if there was some sort of electrical surge. I reported both the electric and the sink to the front desk. They seemed to indicate that it was my fault stating that I probably didn’t put the plug in the bath sink, and that I probably didn’t understand how the electric worked, informing me that the main switch in front of the door turned much of the electricity off. I told him that that switch was on, at which point they blamed it on the fact that two different electrical contractors worked on the room. If it were my house, and I was seeing those surges and strange occurrences I would be worried about a fire hazard and would get an electrician out to review the wiring.

Property was nice, right across from Public market and close to Pier 66. Area itself isn't the best but felt safe. Lots of homeless around with them freely doing drugs on the street. (Not the hotels issue) We stayed in the bunk room water pressure in shower was terrible but got the job done. Overall nice place to stay and convenient to a lot of things.

No water but good manager

This was just a one night stay, checked out on July 4. On that morning at 8:30 AM we had ZERO running water, no hot water, no cold water and our call to the front desk went unanswered. I needed a shower but we were on a schedule with people meeting and the need to catch the LightRail. Just as we were about to leave the water came on but I didn't have time to shower and was OUT OF MY MIND. The manager, Harry heard me out on my complaint and made an adjustment to our bill without any hesitation. That was the right all and he's a good manager.

Can not beat the location

You absolutely cannot beat the location of this hotel. Parking was just a short walk away, the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have, is some sort of recycling or garbage truck picked up a container , which must have been right beneath our window because it was so loud it sounded like it was IN our room - at 6am on a Sunday morning. Where we live garbage collections dont happen on weekends, and certainly not at 6am if they did - so we were unfortunately woken up and not able to fall back asleep at 6am after a late night. Youre a block up from Pike Place market here, like i said - cannot beat the location. We would more than likely return!
