I understand this isnt billed as a luxury hotel, and while staff and management cant control the qualiry of the rooms or amenities, they xan control the guest experience by saying, "yes, we can do that for you." The staff at the Nexus failed. When the outlet in my bathroom didnt work, i called the front desk who said "Wed have to calk maintenance." Then never called anyone or followed up. When i got downstairs 5 minute too late for thr coffee setup and asked if i could have some from the back, the answer was a curt no. When no one informed me housekeeping requests had to be made 24 hours in advance, and asked if they coukd schedule me in, instead of acknowledging they failed to give me axequate info, the front desk just said "no, we dont tell people that unless theyre staying 4 nights." I get staffing issues, and broken equipment, amd fire arms going off at 3am. But a this hotel had to do to make this stay great instwad of miserable was say "yes. We can do that." They failed, and id suggest staying elsewhere.

Cheaply flipped Motel. non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. cigarette holes in linen, annoying sound of dripping water from roof all night. not worth the price they were charging.

Saffron restaurant, right next door is good. Location to the hospital and medical offices is great. Fairly quiet rooms.

It cost a lot for an older, ordinary hotel.

Convinence of the property location. No toothbrush offered.

The proximity to UW Medical Center is so great, but we could hear every word of the people next door. One evening there was a man that seemed to be disabled that shouted all night. The next night the couple next door had a party, sounded like 20 people in the room and then at 4 AM they (the two of them) were so loud that they woke me up even with a sleeping pill and ear plugs in my ear. This room was up front. We've stayed in the back and it was less noisy, could have been just the luck of the draw.

Hot tub in room was nice that’s it The staff was not nice and there food for the am sucked

The location had a shuttle and was easily to book and get around Seattle using their shuttle.

The breakfast was okay. But our biggest problem was with the drunk guests a few rooms down from us. They were loud and of course drunk and kept coming down to the balcony by our room. I called for security twice and each time nothing was done about them. So I had to confront them myself. Not cool. And parking was a complete and total nightmare. The Hotel Nexus was hosting an event that took up all the parking. The front desk told us to park where we could possibly be towed. And we had no assurance that we would get help getting our rental car back if that happened. You shouldn’t host events if you cannot accommodate all guests and event parking. We were not the only guests with this parking nightmare. Outside of these few problems our stay was awesome and we would come again.

close proximity to medical center and shopping. nice work out room. clean.

Location and breakfast were good. Pool looked good but we didn't take time to use it. Shuttle to attractions is available but we did not use.

Free shuttles to downtown. Free laundry. Free breakfast. Incredibly nice staff.

Place is really great! Good location Close to the freeway. Easy to get to !

I really liked the hot tub in the room. It was big and in a good position. I did not like that there was no carpeting in the room.

Hey Matthew! Sorry to hear that your stay was less than amazing. Rest assured, I'm the front desk agent that you spoke to most of the time you were here! Unfortunately, We do only do housekeeping if you're here 4+ days, and I failed to mention that at check in, due to your 2 different reservations. So, I do apologize for that. As for the coffee, we have a strict 6AM - 10AM schedule for breakfast/coffee, but you do have a coffee maker in the room! We are very accommodating when we are aware of the issues. Hopefully we can have you back to show you!
