Room was nice but heating device noisy. The bed was very comfortable. It was very difficult to find the hotel in the dark, which it was at check-in time, because there is no illumination on the entryway and it's obstructed by an outside seating area on the sidewalk. The evening desk clerk was very unhelpful. The morning staff were fabulous. It's in a cool area but driving around the area is a challenge.
Everything was lovely - the only one issue was the shower. It was impossible to get the temperature to stay consistent. Too hot, then too cold, then too hot. Kind of annoying.

Just returned to the U.S. From Europe. Stayed at Ballard hotel after a 10 hour flight before heading home to anchorage. The room and service was every bit as amazing as the premiere inns I enjoyed in Europe. I was able to relax and readjust to my new time zone very comfortably. Thank you!
