Welcome to our private apartment, it's perfect for couples, solo travelers, or those in town for work. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area features a gas fireplace with a remote, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The apartment also includes a comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom, as well as plenty of natural light throughout.

An honest review: this is a daylight basement so know that going in. The decor is great and it’s nicely updated. I had really frustrating communication issues with the host on more than one occasion which means that I will definitely not stay here again. The 10am checkout time is very unreasonable, and the cleaners knocked on the door early at 9:40am, when i brought this to the host he was flippant. I don’t love microfiber bedding/sheets, but that’s a personal preference. Pillows were not great either, but it was a very comfortable bed. Please don’t make guests remove their own trash.

Nice place and you will fee like a "local" in a Seattle neighborhood. I would recommend highly for solo business travelers working downtown or UW area. I found it a nice reprieve from downtown and Bellevue hotels.

Fantastic location in Ravenna. Close to University Village which was perfect for us. The place was nicely furnished, quiet, and super clean! The host was so easy to communicate with and kind.
