Location was within walking distance of the Space Needle and Chihuly Glass Gardens, which is where we wanted to be. The quirky pineapple theme was fun!

The hotel was fun and the staff was amazing! We did have some other guests who called in and complained about us making too much noise. We were laughing for about 2 minutes, at 3:30pm. We got a call from the front desk telling us about the complaint. That was not cool and the staff was very apologetic about even making that call to us. Location was great, so many delicious restaurants around and a short walk to Pike Market and Space Needle.

Good location, friendly staffs, got a free drink, my dog got a bed, water bowl and treats. HOWEVER!!!! They signed me the room right next to the elevator. The room was soooooooo f—ing noisy even after midnight from both entrance and window side. And the AC ran a terrible noise too. Plus my dog got alerted every time when she heard somebody walking talking and cars driving across with super loud music. At the end I had to lock her into the washroom and we finally got some sleep around 4am. So suggestions for visitors: if you have sleeping issue or you have a dang dog, ask for a room facing parking lot.( my parents said they had a very good sleep, barely any sound). And to hotel staffs, the entrance light was not working and the speaker(or something like that) fail out from the wall dangling and left a hole there. Maybe you want to fix it before a guest check in next time.

Beware: the hotel springs a surprise $30/night extra charge for "amenities." These include all the water you can drink and a coffee-maker. At most hotels these are included in the room price.

This is a very unique and awesome hotel. Not your average square box. The staff were very personable and went out of their way to make sure all your needs were met. From a free complimentary beverage to games you can play or bike you can utilize. The beds were over the top fluffy and comfortable as were all the tableware. Real glasses to drink from to a ceramic mug for your coffee. I was really impressed. Thankyou and I will return again.

Hotel staff was great. Unfortunately the hotel is not completely finished. They have a cafe/snack bar being built but not yet open. Room was clean and tidy. Bedding is the new Swedish style of 2twin size comforters per bed, one per person. Idea is for each person to have their own top bedding which is great unless one of you is a restless sleeper. In which case you kick off your bedding and then need to steal your partner’s bedding. Also, mattress was a bit too firm. Area is okay to find breakfast but lacking dinner options. Everything shuts down by 9 pm. Not a bad place to stay while in Seattle and I’d consider it again once they finish the place.

The property is centrally located and the amenities are great! We are in awe with the pineapple decor and art work. The staff is awesome and we are intrigued with the room, bedding and robe. Their creativity and thoughtfulness was apparent. We enjoyed the games they set up and decided to stay another night.

Convenient, close to many dining spots, walkable to Space Needle, short driving distance to the waterfront, and shopping mall. Staff friendly, attentive, and helpful. Parked in secure garage which cost $42/night, but worth it as surrounding areas can be a little sketchy at night. We brought our dog and they offered a dog bed for our room along with complimentary treats, doggie bags, and travel bowl. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The only not provided in rooms are a microwave and fridge. Will definitely stay here again.
