First off, when I arrived to hotel, the automatic sliding door wouldn’t even open. We stood there until another guest came and manually slid open the door. Then, when we went to front desk, the guy told us that the doors broken and that we will be needing to manually open it from now on. The lobby was dirty, there were spills on the tables and place just looked out dated. As for the rooms, the beds were not comfortable at all and the pillows were so hard. In addition, the walls were paper thin. You could hear people on the hall and people next door flushing toilets, talking, etc. Also, this hotel gave creepy vibes since arrival. On our last night, I was awoken at 1:30 am by a woman screaming and crying at the top of her lungs. It sounded as if someone was being killed in the hallway. This happened for about 15 mins until I called the front desk to come check and get help. It was a very chilling experience. As soon as I called the front desk, the screaming stopped. I don’t know if this hotel is haunted but for that to happen, I don’t know how else to explain this occurrence. Needless to say, I will not be staying at a pineapple hotel ever again.
The property was centrally located which was nice however everything was a very long walk. The walls were incredibly thin and you could hear everything from the rooms around and above you to outside the door and/or windows. Also, the beds were uncomfortable. They are doable however I’d expected better. I probably won’t stay here again while in Seattle.
An adorable decor scheme and friendly staff. The bathrobes in our room were comfy as were the pillows and comforters. The view out of our room window was the hotel garage roof and the office building windows around the property. Very disappointing. These rooms should definitely be discounted. There was no convenient dining near (I.e., within walking) the hotel, so it would be necessary to walk anywhere in numbers or take a ride share. The diner across the street was only open on weekdays :( as were several other eateries within walking distance. Wear comfortable shoes made for walking distances up and down hilly streets - you will need them to get to any of the public transport options, the Pike Market, Space Needle, etc. Our room was very clean and tidy - and the whole place felt clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful, too. I love that the facility is pet-friendly, which says a lot about the company culture, too. If this hotel had been 8 blocks south of where it is now, it would have been perfect. I would definitely stay at another pineapple hotel in a different city, probably not this one again due to its distance from eateries and transportation options. If you don’t mind Uber-Ing everywhere then you will love this hotel!
The staff was amazing and soooo friendly. They were also very informative and helpful. The beds were comfy and I appreciated the unlimited water. Also, the service was very fast if you needed something to the room.
Restroom and shower needs to be updated.
I liked its motif. Very cool, clean and modern. We stayed for 4 days and the staff were veey friendly and always available if we needed anything or had questions about the area.
The vibe of the hotel was hip and young. We notice one young family 1 dog on property. It's a very clean and friendly property. We didn't use the $10 food credit on the first day and thought we missed out but they offered it to us on checkout so we picked out a couple snacks for our flight home. Comfortable bed and bedding. Bummer that bar and cafe was closed but snacks and some alcohol was available at front desk for purchase.
The staff were great and friendly. The hotel theme was creative and fun. I had several laughs when I entered my room. “Sleep with me” pillow, “get naked towel,” and the do not disturb door tag saying “I’m naked.” Would definitely say again. Only downside was the sound of the trains but it gets tuned out eventually
Great
In the heart of downtown. Reasonably sized rooms. Friendly staff.
I love this hotel I wish I would of used the bikes….
Everyone working there was very nice. The room was good. The location was great!
We arrived around 11am and asked if we can check in our bags early so we won't have to haul our luggages around town with us until check in time at 4pm. They were able to let us check into our room right away! That made the start of our day already! We entered our room and it was super cute and clean! We loved loved loved the beds cause the pillows and blankets were all soooo comfy!!! Best experience here and would definitely stay here again!
Clean, organized, in walking distance of all the tourist spots (needle, market, etc).
The place is beautiful and modern. The location was ideal and a brief walk to all surrounding attractions. Staff was amazing! Free water and comfortable beds. The shower was hot just the way I like it!
The hotel is quaint and close to everything you want to see in Seattle. Frost desk was perfect, very friendly and helpful.
