I was not impressed with the food, parking services was over priced and there was no spa available.

Staff at Pan Pacific were all cordial and helpful, but especially Cody, front desk manager and Jennifer hotel manager. Both went the extra mile to help make our stay special. We were upgraded to a Space Needle suite which was marvelous to watch the city morning and evenings. The extra space was wonderful. They also sent us roses, champagne and chocolates! There's a complimentary car service that will take you up to 2 miles away. We only used it once. We did LOTS of walking, so bring your sneakers. The Whole Foods grocery store downstairs was so convenient. Went there daily for items. The only down side was the fitness center was closed due to a flooding of some sort. They provided info to another center that we didn't use. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Tried to post photos but they're too large.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff was incredible. The valet and the front desk did an awesome job. Our room was awesome. Clean, nice bath area, comfortable bed, great views.

All staff were friendly and extremely responsive. The courtesy car is a great bonus for getting around the central city for dinner, etc.

The best part of this trip was our room. He bathtub with the sliding opening doors where you can see the tv and the view outside was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I love that they held out luggages for us before and after check in and out. That help us more with our exploring through out Seattle. Very clean and friendly. Whole Foods just downstairs and transportation system is near. Love how they have a courtesy ride in a 2 mile radius of the hotel. Great location to walk around. Let's just say this you will love To stay here! It is worth the money!

Everything was great at this hotel. The only things I didn't like was the $52 a day parking fee and the bed was a little hard/uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect!

It was very expensive for a small room. I was disappointed with how noisy and uncomfortable it was to try to sleep there. Even with ear plugs. The room was dusty too so I won't be going back there.

The staff was super friendly, very helpful. Check in was very fast. Room was very clean, with an awesome view. The free shuttle service was a great plus. Would definitely stay here again.

My experience was awesome at this hotel, my husband and I were there on our anniversary, and got a surprise of champagne and truffles, awesome view in the room on the 9th floor, big spacious room and beautiful bathtub. We didn't rent a car so we utilized the hotel shuttle service within 2 miles of the hotel and it was perfect, the drivers were all very helpful and laid back. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

Nice place, convenient, restaurants and nice staff. Building showing its wear and tear a bit, though. Shower tub that was a little dicey stepping over. Not great if you have any aging movement issues.

Staff was great and accommodating! Kids friendly!

We had an excellent stay in the heart of Seattle. The hotel was gorgeous and walking distance to everything Seattle has to offer. Mia at the front desk was wonderful and made us feel right at home from the second we walked in the door. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Nice hotel. Safe even for 18 year olds to stay on their own

Pan Pacific Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms, the view, and the food was amazing. I especially liked the bathtub, which was an oversized soaking tub style bathtub. (I would love to have one of those tubs in my house!) The Lobby Bar restaurant is quite good. I also appreciated the front desk staff (especially Lily) who were all quite helpful.

My husband and I head to the city at least once a month for a weekend away and this time we decided to stay at the Pan Pacific. Nicest hotel in Seattle that we have stayed at yet!

Clean establishment friendly staff and affordable rates can't beat it

Easy and convienent to all attractions. A short cab or Uber to Piles Market, the Space Needle and restaurants.

Not only was it a night away from my child, It was also a cheat day for working out. I ordered some desert, only downfall. It took 35-40 minutes

Great hotel in downtown Seattle. The staff made everything great and enjoyable. No one is perfect and there were some minor bumps with the 4 night stay, but overall the visit was memorable and the staff aimed to please.

I really enjoyed staying at Pan Pacific! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and tried to make our stay easy. There is a whole foods located underneath the hotel that was very convenient. The gym was clean, easy to access, and had plenty of equipment for use.
