Great location for hanging out in downtown Seattle

Had no problems with the hotel, it was clean, their bar was cool and calm. Good TV selection. Can even log into your own Netflix.

hotel is conveniently located in the downtown Seattle. And thus newcomers can easily get to know the downtown area. The downtown Seattle has many attractions, shopping centers, restaurants, and etc.

We loved the big windows and high ceilings in our room. It was close enough to walk to pike place and the monorail station. We enjoyed breakfast at the Bistro and the valet parking.

Great stay with no issues. Check in and out was a breeze. Valet parking had a great text message retrieval system that let us send a request for the vehicle ahead of time.

The hotel was average. It was clean however the room we got was facing the side street and we kept hearing motorcycles, sirens, etc. throughout the day and evening. Even in the early morning hours while trying to sleep. The hotel bistro is good and we loved their French toast. Overall, a great experience!!

The hotel has a very cold feeling when you walk into a very sterile lobby off of 2nd Ave. Free ice water is about the best deal you get. We had to setup our own beds and frequently ask for towels. Overall, just doing the minimum to justify the high price tag (which is not justified!)

Room was great size for one. Location was in the heart Seattle! I will be back!

Just came in to town to visit museums and such. This hotel location was perfect for everything I did. Less than a minute walk to the pioneer square light rail. Friendly and helpful staff! Bar with specials everyday. King sized bed was fantastic!

The room was nicely designed. We both thought the bed and pillows were very comfortable. A little farther than we expected to walk to Westlake Center and shops. The only real draw back was the surprise parking fees which came to a total of $42 for one night. Ouch. We still really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

This hotel is convenient and walkable to just about everything - The sports stadiums, Pioneer Square, the Piers, the ferry docks and The Pike Place Market District. Good place to stay and take in the Seattle experience.

Hotel was in a great location for site seeing. Everything we wanted to see was in close walking distance.

I found this hotel to be perfectly located, very clean, and the staff helpful. I will stay here again.

Stayed here because my usual hotel was full so I was not happy when I hot there but I rapidly changed my attitude. The check in staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby was decorated in a fun mid century chic that I really liked (I am still not sure about the 'airport' podiums the front desk staff work from). The bell men were also above average in their politeness and friendliness. Once I saw my room I knew my stay was going to be a pleasant one. The room was beautifully appointed and large, with a view from corner windows to die for. The only down point was the area is not the safest after dark.

It is a very well taken care off hotel. Little far to downtown (10 min walk). If going for businees around the area would reccomend it.

Upon arriving, valet promptly greeted us and asked if we needed help with our bags or a luggage cart. Front desk staff was just as friendly and asked if we needed to know any specifics about the amenities or anything in the area. Room was spacious, clean and had mini frig and microwave. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Hotel located a few blocks from Pike Street and the famous Pike's Place Market and also a shopping district. Lots of restaurants, bars and coffee establishments located within a short walking distance. Safeco and Centurylink Fields both within walking distance. Would stay at again!

This hotel is clean and everyone is friendly. It is not far from the action either. Downtown and the market are within 10 min walk.

It was a okay hotel in downtown but the valet was expensive as is all parking in downtown Seattle. The rooms were small at To me way overpriced. The best part was location which was in downtown and close to everything

Our group of four girlfriends had a great time staying at this hotel. Very conveniently located, close to the Link Rail and Metro Systems for easy access all over town. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was nice and close enough to Safeco that we could walk although it was a good 15 minutes or so hike. Biggest disappointment was that the restaurant didn't open for breakfast until 6:30 am, that is too late. Valet parking was nice but it took at least 15+ minutes in the morning to get car so allow time for this....
