*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9 pm.
*. We offer one garage parking spot. Might be too small for large cars. Only compact cars will fit.

Other Disclosure

*. Steps disclosure: 15+ steps at the entrance. This is a basement unit of a single-family house with separate entry.
*. AC Disclosure: There is central AC but controlled by upstairs unit.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests in the upstairs unit, so some noise is possible. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay. There is no shared space. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked and it's only unlocked for guests who book the whole house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
