Room was spacious and clean and quiet. Check in and shuttle was easy. Restaurant was convenient but morning/breakfast service was slow and not their best meal of the day. Lunch and dinner probably much better.

We checked in at night and went to bed. Two hours later we woke up itching and found bedbugs in the bed. We immediately checked out and were not offered a refund. The woman at the desk gave me a phone number to call and said she was not authorized to do refunds.

The front desk staff was very nice when we checked in and check in was quick. The room was for 5 people and was very small. We asked for a rollout. When it was delivered the person who dropped it off asked if we needed anything else and we asked for more pillows as there are people in our party with joint issues. The person seemed very put out that we asked for more pillows and was very passive aggressive when he dropped them off. There aren’t a lot of dining options nearby and if you don’t have a car it’s hard to get around. The shuttle both to and from the airport went great.

The rugs were in terrible condition I didn't dare take my shoes off. The woman at the desk gave us dirty looks and we were uncomfortable approaching her to ask for more coffee packs for the room. The food at the restaurant was sub par. Strange menu

The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff need to learn how to smile and be more personable. They were just "matter of fact" in their interaction with me. There is no free breakfast. The breakfast options at the restaurant in the lobby are very limited. I will probably not stay there again.

Our room smelled like smoke and heavy fragrance. The hanger on the bathroom door was falling off, the furniture was in poor condition, and the front desk staff were not helpful and rude. I will not be staying at another Ramada!
