Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center

Just slept there didn't use any of the amenities.

My room was very comfortable and well outfitted for work and rest. The location cannot be better if flying in and out of SeaTac. Some great restaurants are close. The crew at the Hilton were very friendly and took care to look after my gear after checking out...

Great for an overnight layover since it is right next to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle.

A comfortable, clean hotel close to the airport. Was a little disappointed that there was no free breakfast.

We stayed at the Hilton near the airport because our flight was leaving very early the next day. Room was nice but for the money - I paid way too much. No frig, no microwave, no coffee pot, no cups and room service cost way too much. Would not recommend nor stay there again.

Nice and comfortable stay. Slept like a dream. The Restaurant in the hotel is incredible. The coffee was good. It was very quite for being so close to the airport. Have stayed at others on the same strip that were not nearly as good.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The city is about 30 min drive. The rooms is clean. The price was very high due to on going event at the city

Good location for the light rail into Seattle. Terminal within walking distance. Hotel is nice, but nothing special.

Nice amenities, courteous and attentive staff. Nice, clean rooms. Nothing fancy room-wise, but the lobby was very nice. Nice location close to airport with free, frequent shuttles. Recommended.

Great value in a nice hotel, very big room. Short, easy walk from airport.

I specifically choose this hotel due to the location for my Thanksgiving plans. It was in the right spot within a reasonable price. And now, I am not so sure it was so reasonable. 1. Lack of communication and customer service. When my husband and I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to call out to someone. From the corner of the desk area, we saw a woman playing on her phone. We called her again and she looked over, rolled her eyes, and walked over to the desk with a rather fake smile. I had to repeat myself, as well as my husband, when talking to her. We had a few questions about parking, what items were in the room, time frames we should know about and did not get any of them answered. Which bring me to the second point... 2. Parking We had asked her about the parking, as no information was giving in our reservation on it and noticed signs about parking having to be paid for. I know that being near the airport, parking may be an issue to also stave people from parking in their lot. I paid for a room at $89 dollars a night and was expect to pay (originally told) $20 a night. The total, with tax is $26 dollars, each night. It's not taxed all together either. Each night is plus tax, then added up. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights. I should also note, our car was only there for 2 of those nights due to it being Thanksgiving and we spent time at my families place. The math does not add up, nor make sense for charging that much for anyone who is staying there more than 2 days. 3. The room. The bed was the only good thing in the room. My husband and I, sleep with our windows open or at least our room cooler than 65 degrees. The room did not have AC, but heat. There was no mini fridge nor any coffee, even though it was stated to have one. The bathroom fan did not work at all, but the light did. There wasn't a hair dryer, as also indicated in the hotel details. We had also followed their card on how to be more "green," leaving the placard out so they didn't have to change or clean our sheets, as well as how to hang the towels. Every day, the covers were changed and so were the towels. How would I know this, you may ask? I have green colored hair and the dye does show up on white. Now, I can understand removing the stained items, but that is one pillow case, a sheet, and one towel; not the whole bed sheets and towels. On the second day, the sheets were a different pattern and darker, beige color. What's the point of being green, if you are going to disregard it? The last item was the placement of the door to the toilet. If you needed to use the toilet, the door needs to be completely closed, otherwise, you get slammed in the face. We share the bathroom, and without a fan... it makes things rather interesting." If you need a place to rest for the night, knowing you have all the items you need and do not necessarily care about a lot of the items mentioned, then I would recommend this. For the airs the hotel put on, reading their website and what Orbtiz provided, we were extremely disappointed with what we received. No, we will not use this hotel again.

Our toilet was clogged. They sent their fix it guy 3 times to snake the toilet out. We finally got a room change. They charge 20.00/day if you park your car yourself. The restaurant was way over priced. While the hotel was the best value on the face, we probably would have done better by having a hotel that didn't charge for parking.

THE ONLY CONFUSION WAS THE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM. THE EMPLOYES AT THE DESK AND AT THE DOOR DID NOT KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN HOW TO USE THE MACHINES THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO OPERATE TO GET ON THE RAIL SYSTEM.

It was fine except I needed to print some business documents and the business center had some issues. Eventually, I was able to get my work prepared but it was not as easy as I would have wished

I had a good sleep in this clean and comfortable hotel.

I mean "average" in a good way. I asked for a firm mattress due to back issues and I was accomodated without any problems. The room was nice with basics that you would expect.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were good sized, and beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Comfortable room and nice bar area. Close to shopping and restruants

Great hotel close to Seattle Tacoma International airport.

This Hilton is quite close to the airport and provides all the comforts and amenities the average business person needs. I'd recommend it to business travelers.
