Loved the location, and very friendly, helpful staff. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby in the piazza. We walked everywhere from this location. We took a cab to the colosseum and walked back which was an easy walk. Very good place and location. Bonus is that this place has an elevator which is nice for bringing your luggage up and down

This is a stunning Hotel with the highest of standards in all areas As soon as you arrive you know you are somewhere special The staff are brilliant ,so helpful and friendly It is so immaculately clean Breakfast is all about quality in again immaculate surroundings The location is perfect and the whole atmosphere of the place is marvellous

Excellent hotel and staff!

Tiziano was my favorite. He was kind, accommodating, and very helpful. He made our stay comfortable and made us feel very welcome. We even had a problem with a taxi company overcharging and he called and made the complaint for us! The hotel was beautiful and clean. I will stay here again wjen we come back. The bed was comfortable, the a/c worked well and everything was within walking distance. Tiziano even called a restaurant to get us in because we were hungry but it was part of their siesta time. The restaurant was awesome. The staff made us feel like family, especially Andre who looked like Berlin in the movie Money Heist, lol. You want to stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed. The lobby area and the courtyard were my favorites. The pic below is of me in the courtyard and in the beautiful bathroom that was fully stocked with Roberto Cavalli products!

We stayed here for my birthday trip and they were so amazing. They gave us a map of all the sites, left me a birthday note and a small gift. They also always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcomed. Definitely will be staying there again.

Excellent stay!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and inviting. The location was perfect, we could walk and bike to so many places all over the city and we also were able to get quick taxi’s and ubers.
