The room was lovely. It was well worth getting the deluxe room because it was on a corner and there was a lot of extra space. The room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly and professional. Everyone made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was also great and well worth including when you book. Lots of options, plus gluten-free things. It was great to have a smart roof terrace. Lots of comfortable seating and a bar. It was quiet in November when we were there, and a great place to relax in the sun with a book, cocktail in hand. There was plenty of room adjacent to the lobby if you need a little space to yourself but don’t have the energy to go out walking for a spell. Sofas and armchairs, coffee tables, water and a small bar. I love that you can walk out of the door and see the Colosseum. I highly recommend the Basilica Di San Clemente just two mins walk around the corner.

This is a great boutique hotel. Newly renovated with spacious clean rooms. Located near the Colosseum with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Katie was awesome. They arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport. When our prearranged car canceled the night before we were to leave for the port, the staff quickly arranged their car company to pick us up and take us to the port. Restaurant was good. Breakfasts were also good. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in Rome!

Stayed here for the weekend of my wedding and really enjoyed it! The room was beautiful and the staff were excellent. The only thing I noticed is that the room did not have a lot of power plugs. The breakfast was also amazing!! I also liked that the hotel is located in an area that is not too busy so our Ubers could come by easily.

Immaculate room with air con you can control, amazing shower, and really quiet. Very convenient location to the Colosseum and nearby restaurants. The only annoyance was no iron and no self-service laundry, but this is fairly common for Italy hotels.
