Incredible location
The location is wonderful &within walking distance to most things.The communication was sufficient with the host.i travel to Europe about 12 days/month for my job.I stay in a lot of Vrbo/ air b &b properties.This one while clean,smelled musty&the shower definitely needs new chaulking as it has visible mold.There were spiders in almost every corner. The beds are definitely very used and need to be replaced as far as mattresses. The one in the living room/ kitchen space has a distinct hole/dip where it is obvious someone has laid in that exact spot for a very long time. The fold out couch bed was about 2 inches thick for the mattress and extremely uncomfortable. All blankets seemed unwashed. The property is advertised with air conditioning, however we tried to use the heat in mid April because the property was very chilly &you could not use the heat& do anything else at the same time. So I’m afraid in the summer the same issue would happen. If we turned on the shower while the heat kicked on then the fuse would blow. If we tried to use the washing machine & the heat was on, then the fuse would blow. We did not use the kitchen except for the refrigerator. The washing machine needs very specific directions. The clothes never got dried &we had to hang clothes to dry after several failed attempts in the dryer. Unfortunately, there is very little air movement so the clothes took 3 days to air dry. We asked the host about extra blankets and there are none.
