The location of the apartment is very good. In the Parioli neighborhood, a short walk from the parks at Villa Ada and Villa Borghese. That is unfortunately all that can be said positive about it. The apartment is falling apart and in need of very serious maintenance. There are power sockets detaching from the walls, the plaster on the walls crumbling in several places, there are holes in the walls and the railing on the stairs is wobbling and could be pushed down.Also, the apartment is a raised ground floor that can only be accessed by walking up around 10-15 steps (which is not clearly mentioned in the post on Vrbo). This apartment would not be easily accessible for people who cannot walk up stairs.We were so unhappy we left after half of our scheduled stay.

Wonderful time in Rome

We had a wonderful time. Walking distance to most everywhere we went. Apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Apartment is very charming. Cafes, restaurants, shopping all close by.

Quartier tranquille

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme. Un peu excentré des grands sites touristiques donc un peu de marche à prévoir. Sinon les lignes de bus sont très proches. Hébergement très spacieux et confortable. Ameublement et décoration soignés. On s'y sent bien. Notre hôte sympathique a toujours été à notre écoute. Les choses de première nécessité n'ont pas manqué. C'est très appréciable. Et un plateau pour le petit déjeuner nous avait été préparé. Un grand merci à notre hôte. Bref, nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.
