My husband and I stayed at this hotel and for our entire stay there, it was wonderful. The hotel staff was always friendly and kind to us. The train station was about 15 mins walk and very convenient to all of the major attractions in Rome (just in case you don't want to walk). Rome is a very beautiful city and one day we will return and would definitely stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel that's close to Vatican City. Room was very clean and cozy. Don't forget to visit the bar in the evening to get the view.

Lovely hotel with a superb location. We walked almost everywhere. The room was large and comfortable, and very quiet; I slept really well. I would definitely stay there again. Why not an "Excellent" rating? The room was a bit too warm even though the heating was off, the pillows a bit too hard and the telly was impossibly small for such a large room.

Staff was wonderful. Rooftop terrace is gorgeously decorated with lots of plant life, has a great view in the morning and night. Location is a quieter area yet walking distance to tons of the big sites. Every single need and request was met expediently, and kindly. They even surprised us with champagne to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Our only issues were with the rooms noise level and we had a hard bed. However, it didn’t bother us enough to mention it, and if we had, I’m sure they would have moved us. We’ve never had such a welcoming, accommodating staff. Isa will definitely be our first choice on future trips.

It was the most comfortable visit to Rome. We appreciate valuable assistance if Damiano and Stefano at the front desk. Very nice and quiet hotel, great location. Clean. Great breakfast at the toof top terrace.

5 minute walk to vatican.....35 from Coliseum....safe area...beautiful....great hotel

Great hotel in a location that met all our needs for the Vatican and center city Rome. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop terrace for buffet breakfast was great. Room was small by US standards (hard to fit two medium suit cases - limited storage space) but probably OK for Europe. We would have chosen a larger room had we had a better sense of the size and layout.

Good place to Stay, nice breakfast. It would have been a better experience if this Hotel was in another area or city. Rome is just an extremely filthy City. Even though this hotel is located blocks away from the Vatican and the Castel. It is Evedent that the government has no pride in this City. The beach located about 20 miles away was even Worse. It’s Sad that the Italians have fallen to the standards of a 3 world country.

My main problem with this hotel was the noise! The hotel staff moved us twice, but there’s no way away around the noise.

I left my iPhone in a taxi and Francesco helped me track it down with multiple phone calls to the cab company over two hours. He went above and beyond to solve my situation and he saved my vacation! the hotel was super clean, comfortable and pretty. The staff were all extremely friendly. The rooms were not huge but were well laid out.

The hotel is in a great location with many stores / restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and offer great views. Biggest issues include: no valet or parking - you have to try and find street parking which is an absolute mess. The front desk offers absolutely no help with this. Stairs - you have to walk up stairs to get to the tiny elevator (maybe 3 people without luggage can fit). If you have a lot of luggage, plan on multiple trips...and there is no bellman (if you don't have parking close, this really sucks). Tiny bathroom - expect a sliding bathroom door with no lock and your knees to be knocking the wall / cabinet as you go. Also - we did the prepaid rate, and came a night late. They wouldn't refund the day we missed (that's fine - it was clear in the policy when we paid). One would have expected at least some level of service, though.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again. The rooftop bar was incredible with views of the Vatican at night that were amazing!

A lovely place to stay! The proximity to the Vatican and also Hadrian's Mausoleum was a plus! Great views from the top floor too

We truly did not know what to expect. The location was perfect for having access to the sites that we wanted to see. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was awesome and carried us through the day. When we come back to Rome we will defintly stay at Isa Hotel. It has every thing that we would expect!

The hotel was wonderful. Great staff and clean rooms. Excellent morning Italian breakfast with and overview of the Vatican. Because it was centrally located, easy access to the sites and restaurants

The hotel is very well located, near restaurants and near the piazza and tourist bus routes. The food at the restaurant is great. And the restaurant staff and cleanning staff are extremely kind and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it and will definitely stay there on our next trip. The restaurant is on the terrace and you have a great view. And, there is a tourist bus that runs one or two blocks from the hotel.
