The apartment is located at Circonvallazione Appia 91, Rome, in a central and strategic position, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the city.The recent renovation has created a space that combines functionality and aesthetics, offering you a pleasant place to spend your time.Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious hallway with a designer service desk, where you will find all the useful information about the apartment and guides to help you make the most of your stay in Rome.The first bedroom, in green tones, is the largest in the apartment and is equipped with all necessary comforts, including a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a 40’’ smart TV, hot/cold air conditioning, a large desk for comfortable smart working, a spacious wardrobe, and modern, stylish design details.The second bedroom, in blue tones, is a bright space featuring a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a 40’’ smart TV, hot/cold air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe, and elegant themed details.The third bedroom is a spacious and bright room equipped with all necessary comforts, including a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a 40’’ smart TV, hot/cold air conditioning, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, and stylish themed design elements.The living room is a comfortable lounge area featuring an extendable dining table for enjoying meals in peace, a sofa that converts into a French double bed, hot/cold air conditioning, and a 50’’ smart TV.The first bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower box and complete sanitary facilities. Inside, you will find a hairdryer, dispensers with shampoo and shower gel, as well as intimate and hand soap.The second bathroom is a modern service bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, hand soap, a sink, and a convenient laundry area with a washing machine, making it ideal for extended stays.The kitchen is a modern space equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, and a complete set of designer tableware.
