Property was unique and very good. My only issue was with Orbitz not setting up an airport shuttle for us even after I asked for one in email months ago. Hotel took care of it however they were great

We have stayed at Hotel Canada in the past and have always been very happy with hotel- this time included. The price is so very reasonable, the staff is so helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The room is really spacious for a room in Italy. The only negative we have is that the mattress was not very comfortable. But I still recommend the hotel for everything else it has to offer.
Great breakfast. Great location if you are doing day trips from Termini. Super affordable wine (7 euros for a bottle!) in the bar. Stayed here several times, always terrific.
This is a great old hotel not far from the Termini. Despite its age, it is in great condition and is very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

The hotel was within walking distance of Rome's Termini train station, (6 blocks) not too bad if you don't have too much luggage. Quite a few restaurants along the way on Via Vicenza, meal for two around 25 to 40 Euros. Metro station Castro Pretorio within 1 block of hotel. Charming older tourist hotel and staff was very helpful and friendly.
Stayed for a week in this hotel. Found it to be clean and modern with some old world charm. The elevator is small but fits the unique style of this hotel. Once you get the hang of the elevator operation, it served nicely. The location is good. Close to Termini, light rail, and buses. The toilet facilities are modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The 6 euro breakfast is typically continental with some western flavor. Hotel staff was friendly, efficient, helpful, and most spoke at least some English. All in all, this is a great example of a European mid-range priced hotel. I highly recommend it.
Great experience. Centrally located, 5 minutes from Metro. 5 blocks from transportation center. Many nice restaurants in the immediate area. Exceptional helpful staff, particularly Vincenzo.
Very conveniently located. Warm and welcoming staff. Lovely lobby area, affording plenty of space to sit with friends. Rooms were immaculate and full of amenities that were deeply appreciated

Our money was systematically stolen from our luggage during our one night stay. We were gone for three hours and left our key at the front desk as required by hotel policy. A police report was filed. Otherwise the hotel was fine.
