Great location neaoTermini. Very comfortable room with all necessities. Very helpful and polite staff with excellent language skills.

This is in a hotel area close to the train station. We had a queen bed and a twin - beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was great. Front desk staff was serious, but helpful. Hotel was very quiet as long as windows we're closed. Very clean - nicely furnished. Would recommend if this is the area you'd like to stay in.

It is not in the middle of everything but pretty close, you can take a taxi , costs only 10 euros. My suggestion is to walk . I discovered Barberini Plazza and Santa Maria degli Angeli e Martiri by accident, From Borghese to Panteon use Google directions.

AMAZING STAFF, VERY HELPFUL , CORDIAL,SMILES, GREAT PRICE OFF SEASON MARCH. TWIN BED WAS TOO SMALL, BUT VERY COMFY SHEETS PREM CHANNEL TV, GREAT HOSPITALITY, CLOSE TO TRAIN, BUS TERMINAL, PRICY CAFES, NOT FOR A BUDGET FAMILY.

Room was spacious and very well appointed. We had windows on adjacent walls for good ventilation. Bed was large and comfortable. Wifi was strong and always worked. Hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about trains, cabs, buses etc. The location was several blocks from Termini Station. I will stay there again.

Staff was great, room was great. Breakfast was worth the 6euro. Water pressure in our room was lacking in the shower. But everything else was good

In a city with a reputation for tiny hotel rooms at big prices, this hotel was a great find . . . far beyond our expectations for value, comfort, and a remarkable breakfast value . . . extra cost, but only a tiny bit . . . probably 25 or 30 percent of what I'd expect to pay for a comparable meal in the United States . . . if you could even get one that good, which I doubt!

We stayed 4 nights at this Best Western. Our room was a mini-suite, giving us a separate area with a couch and desk adjacent to the bedroom area. The room was spacious and well appointed. That you might expect at most hotels. But it was the staff that made this stay so enjoyable. Help with phone calls and taxis; referrals to a local clinic for a follow-up visit; attention to our needs for directions and recommendations. We couldn't have thanks them enough.

This hotel is clean with a welcoming lobby, nightly refreshments, lobby bar. Staff are courteous and speak English; very helpful. Location is perfect--just one metro stop or a 5 minute walk from Termini train station. Our room was oversized with a large bathroom, plenty of electrical outlets, hairdryer, comfortable bed. We would choose to stay here again on a future trip to Rome.

Our family stay four days in the end of March for our first visit to Rome. The location of hotel is very good. A metro station is right around the corner, and Termini is 5-min walk away. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff is very nice, and the lobby is very well decorated and provides a very relaxing environment but we were too tired to enjoy much after touring during the day. The guess room has a very high ceiling and room feels good. However, there is only one power out in the bath room available. We had phones, an Ipad, a computer that need to be charged, for some every night. We had to pull plugs to TV, lamp in order to charge several devices at the same time. We paid 3 Euros per person for the breakfast. This is a GREAT deal. The food is fantastic.

Perfect retreat from the summer heat of Roma. Near train station, hotel offers elegant, clean rooms, very friendly staff, A/C, and a lovely buffet breakfast. There is also a bar in the hotel. What more do you need?
