It is a charming hotel close to many delicious restaurants and beautiful landmarks, yet on a quiet street, which is very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay!

There was only a single bottle of shower gel/shampoo. The breakfast was fine, but the eggs needed work (both the scrambled and hard boiled). Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Room was excellent.

Great property, the only suggestion I have is to have irons available for guests

Beautiful hotel and location. Very nice breakfast. Rooms are very large for Europe. Only downside is their WiFi was down 4 of the 5 nights we stayed. Should have been addressed quickly and was not.

This is my second stay at this fine hotel. The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance to local restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The room price includes a breakfast buffet, which is very inclusive.

Hotel La Residenza was the perfect place for us to stay on our second trip to Rome. It is in a very convenient, safe location on a side street close to the US Embassy and the Hard Rock Cafe. The Borghese Gallery is a 10 to 15-minute walk away as is the Spanish Steps, although in a different direction. Staff at the hotel have been employed there for years and offer excellent personal service. Obviously, they take pride in their jobs and worked hard to make our stay comfortable. They have an expansive breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods fitting most appetites and dietary needs. The friendly gentleman at the desk reserved a driver with a very comfortable and clean Mercedes to bring us back to the airport, close to the price of a taxi. Our hotel room, a "superior room," was nicer than a room that we stayed in a different nearby hotel in Rome 6 months earlier. The next time that I am in Rome, I will be staying at Hotel La Residenza and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect location steps away from Via Veneto. Quiet, cozy lobby with comfortable rooms. Cafes and restaurants very close by. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall excellent property.

The Hotel assigned us a room that faced the back of the hotel on the 1st floor. Apparently during our stay, there was massive construction taking place next door. We were woken up every morning at 7:00am local time. Thumping, glass breaking, demolition materials being tossed and loud machinery being utilized. The loud noise did not allow us to sleep. The hotel is beautiful but they should have made accommodations to move us away from the active construction site. The reception staff is very pleasant and helpful.

It was a great location, a little pricey but there wasn't any surprise. Everything went well as expected. Just having the same breakfast for 4 days was boring, I wish there was a change.

I've stayed at multiple 5 star hotels in room. These rooms were the best and biggest I've seen. A living room abd bedroom for the price its unbeatable

You get what you pay for, i.e., it isn't the Hassler. Thus we were very pleased. The location is good and the staff was friendly too.

great hotel, but there wasn't any way to get even a cup of tea outside of the three hour window for breakfast.

This was a lovely, charming hotel, well-appointed with a very friendly and helpful staff. Our room had been renovated, and while the bed was uncomfortable (the mattress was well worn and had deep indents where people slept), the rest of the room was absolutely lovely. The included breakfast was abundant and delicious.

Arrival was a disaster. Room was not ready until after 3:30. We could just sit in the lobby. And the WiFi was not working so we could not contact anyone. It ruined our opportunity to visit St Peters and the Vatican Museums. Staff didn't seem to care much. Shower had black mold. Otherwise, the room was nice. Breakfast was good.
