From the welcome we received in the beginning until the end of our trip we could not have felt more welcome. The management and staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were modern and comfortable. The breakfast on the roof top terrace was delicious and in addition to the continental style breakfast advertised there was also bacon and eggs available. The location is very central for the coliseum and the forum and ideal for lots of restaurants. All in all the perfect place.

We stayed here for our first 4 nights in Italy. The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, and helpful. They arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport and even helped us arrange transport to our hotel in Positano. The girl at the front desk was very hospitable, I can’t remember her name for the life of me, but she really helped us navigate and feel more comfortable in a foreign country. I came down with a terrible cold the second day and she even helped me translate the instructions and medication info for the Italian cold medicine I picked up from the pharmacy. I cannot stress enough how nice it was to have a friendly face greet us every day and answer the millions of questions we had, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. The breakfast was included and was perfect to get our day started, especially with the beautiful rooftop view we sat at every morning. The room was very clean and surprisingly big. The AC worked perfectly, which is a must in Rome in August ;). The rooftop that we ate breakfast at also served drinks in the evening. We only had drinks there one night, but our bartender was attentive and kind and the prices weren’t too crazy. The view is absolutely beautiful. The location has pros and cons. We were about a 10-15 walk to major attractions like the colosseum, Jewish ghetto, trevi fountain, and pantheon. It is on a tight street in the middle of many larger buildings, so it did feel claustrophobic at times, but the proximity to major sites made it worth it. If we ever came back to Rome, we would stay here again.

We are from Eden Prairie Mn. My wife and I spent 3 nights at Otivm before a cruise in August. We absolutely loved the hotel, our room with terrace, the breakfasts, and the accommodating management and staff. Central Rome is extremely noisy with high pitched sirens from police cars, ambulances, and firetrucks constantly roaring by, but inside our room on the 4th floor we didn't hear them and there was no sleep interruption. The staff also arranged private transfers from FCO airport and to the port in Civitavecchia for us.

We enjoyed a four night stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and breakfast was great. The location was excellent and you can walk to all the sights. The room was clean, but could use a fresh coat of paint as the walls were very marked up. Rooftop bar is pricey, but the view is nice. I would stay here again.

Six members of our family stayed two nights at the Otivm prior to setting sail on a cruise. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooftop breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop turned into a bar each night with excellent views. We closed the bar (and extended their hours) both nights, and they were nice enough not to chase us away. The location was also excellent, walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, other tourist stops and shopping. We would have loved to stay several more nights.

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, the staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly from start to end. The location is what does it for this place though, being able to see the sights from your room, at such good value too, is why you shouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Rome. Literally being a stones throw from the main attractions enabled us to make the very most of every moment of our short break. Views and cocktails from the rooftop bar were excellent too, we visited every night before and after our dinner reservations! The room was really nice, spacious, comfy and also quiet despite being on street front in the middle of the City.

This was a great little find and definitely a hotel I’ll use on my next trip to Rome. Within walking distance of key sites with helpful & friendly staff who had great advice and stories to tell about local places. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was such a lovely touch and rooms/bathrooms were fully equipped. Thank you for making a great 3 day trip in Rome stress free!

A very nice 4 star hotel with a great, walkable location and very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived before check in so they stored our luggage and pointed us to a great restaurant where we had an amazing meal! The hotel was decorated very modern/chic and the room was quite nice - a very nice bathroom/shower. The rooftop bar was beautiful with incredible city views with a very attentive waitress! The only negative of this hotel is that the mattress is extremely firm and was hard to sleep on - was glad we were only there for one night. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is feathers and 10 is a concrete slab) it was a solid 9.5. Our airport transfer called the hotel to change our pick up location and the staff was very helpful in showing us the new location and even calling them back to get more details.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Our suite with terrace had a good sized bedroom and shower room (no bath), medium lounge and large balcony. Very hot during our stay and the air-con was appreciated. Breakfast served on the roof terrace in summer, quite warm even in the morning with great views across the rooftops of Rome. No restaurant for dinner, however, 50 meters to Piazza Margana and the fantastic Vinandos restaurant. Excellent food and huge wine selection. Hotel is 50meters from Piazza Venezia and walking distance to most attractions. Walked back from Vatican to the hotel via Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Long walk broken up with drinks and lunch, well worth it.

We had a great stay at Otivm Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful (shoutout to Fabio), the location fantastic (near major sights and Piazza Venezia), the rooms clean and spacious (for a Rome hotel), bathroom nice. Best part - the roof top bar.
