The stairs were difficult with luggage, you need an elevator. It was very difficult to find the hotel as it's in the corner of a restaurant with little obvious signage. The room was quite small but very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a great assortment to choose from including gluten free bread etc.

Amazing one night stay before heading to our cruise! The room was clean and quiet. The staff were also so nice and accommodating. They stayed past 11 PM to check us in since we had a late flight into Rome. They aLos accommodated an airport pick up (for a fee) for us to the hotel. Trevi fountain was like a 2 mins walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean, plenty of towels. The hotel is a historic building as such there is no elevator. The hotel is 3 floors so not a major deal. There are people to help carry the luggage. This hotel is literally steps from the Trevi Fountain, within walking distance to Piazza Navona and Piazza Barberini to catch Hop on Hop Off tours. Tons of restaurants to choose from! The staff is very gracious and accommodating. My husband wanted to know if the dining room was open in the evening for tea and coffee (that was a no). The next morning, one of the managers brought an electric kettle and assortment of teas to our room. Breakfast is very reasonable $7 euros pp and is delicious!! Would definitely stay there again.

I loved the room, it was also very central but a little too busy and surrounded by an area of stores for tourists. This was advertised as free breakfast but that was false. They charge $7 for breakfast, this needs to be corrected since it is false advertisement.

What an amazing place to stay! The 2 bedroom Deluxe apartment in the annexed building across from the main hotel was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Centrally located just a stones throw away from the Trevi fountain. Amazing shops, restaurants and cafes steps away from the front door. A picturesque view from the shuttered windows of the bustling cobblestone street below. Really appreciate the sound proof windows as well, you can open them to hear the hustle and bustle below, or close them when you want peace and quiet. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, 2 bathrooms were very well maintained, the small kitchen was nice, and the cute patio so quaint. Loved everything about our stay and hope to return for longer some day!

The hotel is a Gem. Just take note there is no elevator so with any disabilities or ailments in carrying luggage this is probably not a good choice. Other than that it was VERY NICE!

The only problem with this small HOTEL was that you had to carry your bags up over 80 stairs and very very steep stairs. If you had any health problems or age about you this property would be of no use whatsoever. The staff were good and and the area it was situated was very handy. It was also situated above a very noisy restaurant..

The room was very loud to the street all night and we could hear the other rooms around us. We had a deluxe room and should have booked the superior room which was larger, on a lower floor and quieter. The woman that checked us in was very helpful and nice.

Property was in the heart of the tourist attractions which was a plus. However, the hotel room itself ws quite different than the photos on the site. The room itself was not clean and the comforter/sheets were ripped. The bathroom door was damaged and was moldy/water damaged. Not what we expected based on the Expedia reviews and photos provided on the site.
